Phone not working

My phones don't work 802-728-**** I have no dial tone at all. Can't call out can't receive any calls.

You deactivated my phone and now you say the number never existed

Could not get a live person and the automated said that it wasn't a Verizon number and hung up.do not get Verizon prepaid. Or any Verizon services. Nothing but trouble with no results.

Follow up review still getting screwed

From frogsdee@***.com To Pissed Consumer Today at 9:36 AM V Well someone called me and left a message and I returned call got machine. No one has called back. They found a way to screw me again. We got 2 gift cards one for 200$ which still has 46.75 on it. The other was for 500$. They decided that me the one who didn't basically have the contract with them since left I have to pay back the 500$ one. Why not the 200$ ??? I wasn't under contract. And they want it in one lump sum. This is ridiculous. At first we thought that the cards were for payment for the 800S they said they would give us for my husbands phone that he turned in. Then we found out they stretched that over his contract time. These people are ripping us off. There was no reason for me to have to pay back the higher of the two gift cards.

They broke my phone when shut off.

I paid a partial payment to have phone back on. But they broke my phone when it went down. Now after making some payment they wont turn on the other phone on my plan that is totally necessary or my job! They broke my phone and wont acknowledge it. After 20 years or so as a customer they do this??? Top that off now when forever I paid their *** insurance and all of a sudden they say I have no insurance on it?

User's recommendation: Get industrial drum of vaseline.

No service. Simply a waste oftime and technology.

I contacted tech support. The name was Pearl Wilson. She put me over to David L. What I needed was a way to get my account payed with my checking account. My debit card had been compromised. I was a total waste of my time and your technology.Stay away!!

Internet sporadic

My internet went out for a couple days at Xmas. As I dropped cable, this also affects watching television. Verizon was to come out. The day before they were to arrive they sent a text that they did something and service should be restored. It was restored. I lost internet again Jan. 28th. No TV, no computer. I called and was told my wait time was 19-31 minutes. After an hour of waiting I hung up. Next day, after battling with phone-bots several times I finally spoke with tech services. I was told that software changes were made to routers and that some devices could not handle that. The gentleman made changes, added 2 additional networks to my service, told me to move tv's to one of the new networks, and that should resolve the issue. My internet did come back. TV was working again, I could log into my computer again. However since then my internet is slower. Many websites come back "Site cannot be reached". A song download on iTunes failed. The most aggravating thing about trying to resolve issues is that apparently Verizon does everything it can to keep you from reaching a live person. You need to have a bot restart your router, sometimes multiple times.

VERIZON took my Monthly Payment on 2/5/23, then LOCKED my A/C & Text messages from Verizon

I have been a VERIZON Customer for SEVENTEEN (17) years. Verizon Customer Service has deteriorated & for past FIVE (5) I have only been receiving ONE Bar Reception Signal. Verizon has been taking my automatic payments DIRECTLY from my Bank Account. Verizon took my March payment on Feb. 5, 2023. When I called Verizon on Feb. 5, '23, to ask for Transfer PIN so I can change my Cellphone Carrier. VERIZON retaliated by LOCKING my Account. VERIZON sent me links TEXT which VERIZON knew I could not open links because VERIZON had removed my ability to receive their Company's TEXTS!! VERIZON is holding my Cellphone Account hostage, sabotaging my Account to prevent me from PORTING my phone to a new Carrier because I have been a VERIZON Customer for SEVENTEEN (17) YEARS!!! User's recommendation: Do not use VERIZON. Once they have taken your money, VERIZON WILL BLOCK YOU FROM LEAVING their AWFUL Company! RUN from VERIZON
