No one wants to HELP!!! I need to talk to a Live Advisor Verizon is horrible!!! If this doesn't get fixed going to AT&T I'VE been costumer for 25 years is worse I'll make sure Facebook friends know how happy I am with the service

Invoice is fraudulent

I have several concerns and I will file a complaint today with the FCC rather than have correspondence with a bot . Please have a human being contact me about the over charges that seem to be fraudulent.

Having a very difficult time getting in touch with Verizan

I have been trying for 2 days to Tao with someone at Verizan. Im trying to pay my bill. But I do not have cell service with Verizan. I have a jet back and the automated phone service is not very user friendly if you dont have a cell phone. Im sure I will be cancelling my account

Because of Verizon screw up. I am being charged $79.00 and tax. Can't be refunded by Verizon standards. This company is a wasted joke.

I was told they billing date was changed it was not. It is now a duplicate payment

I called on November 14, to chat the date of the payment. The rep stated he would have it done. I checked the bank account and the account on the Verizon website. They took the money twice. I have the confirmation number of the conversation, which is 7bc3191b-a908-4***-*d86-2fcee617b020. Verizon has to move all operations from overseas to the US. The overseas rejects need jobs, I understand that. What they do not understand is American business practices. For this inconvenience I want one year free service.

Need to see how much longer to trade in my old phone. And i can't transfer all my pictures

Horrible service no phone service

We are a dental office and our main line has been out for over 2 days. We have been looking for a way to contact verizon for 2 days non stop wasting time of employees. There is NO customer service telephone number for a telephone company!!! Horrible service. Worst company ever. DO NOT USE VERIZON !!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

Internet and telephone service is down

Dont know, service has been down since past Friday. I have been informed that last Wednesday/Thursday power outage in the neighborhood due to rain storm. Cant verify that report is accurate.

How long I'm under contract with Verizon

How long am I under contract I have no bars that I have one bar at my house Every time I complete this it puts me that I am a customer how do I talk to somebody can't do it here
