Broken phone

Bought a Samsung A54 14 months ago without warranty. The phone will not start up and is stuck in a loop.

Verizon can't boot up the phone. They have no option for me, so I had to get cheap Boost service for a Boost locked iPhone SE second generation. From the start, this was supposed to be a no-contract phone for seniors, and it was not. If they can't remedy the situation, screw Verizon.

I will cancel my bank card. I am beside myself; I just charged $243.00 for a non-working phone I cannot use service on.

I would never use Verizon nor tell anybody else to; it's a money pit. Do not use Verizon.

the a54 is a older model and you have had for over a year so it will be out of warranty ( manufacturer warranty) verizon does not deal the warranty, you can get a insurance coverage like asurion for repairs

I had already made payment arrangements and then I started receiving your bill is late which it's not because I made payment arrangements. I've been with Verizon a very long time and there's another issue regarding a pixel pro 9 XL that I never received that I paid on for one entire year.

I have not seen that credit back and it says zero has been paid to my new Google pixel pro 10 XL because that's how long it took. I didn't even know you put that nine on my account.

It still showed my Samsung so I don't know what's going on. With"" my Verizon" but it doesn't feel like my Verizon.

I put a Verizon payment on my debit card on January 15. I immediately realized my mistake in overpayment and canceled the payment. Unfortunately, my bank continues to have a merchant hold on the money and will not release it.

Got cut off, been on hold for over 2 hours. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They never help with anything; they just transfer you to another line and force you to listen to that stupid *** music.

Avoid doing business with Verizon.

I went into the store and discussed plans for two home internet and one cell service plan. After getting the plans, I asked about coverage.

They said I would have to physically check with their equipment. They stated that I could take the equipment, try it, and if it did not work, there would be no cost. I returned the equipment in less than 24 hours. I made one call and tried the home internet, which did not work.

After returning the equipment, later that month, I received a bill for $198. After several conversations and a physical visit, I did not get any resolution. The assistant manager continued to drag the situation out and would not give me his boss's name or manager's name so I could escalate. After contacting their customer care department and business financial department, they said I would have to go through their branch.

I still did not get any results. The business practice at this Verizon is a bait and switch policy.

I did place a dispute and complaint @Verizon about this branch. I've paid this bill reluctantly because I care about my credit more than the money.

User's recommendation: I do not recommend this Branch or Verizon for that matter. When you call Verizon, you get people that cannot speak English and have a lot of background noise. My experience at Verizon was unacceptable and very upsetting. So Biyer beware!

Communication disconnect

Spoke to a customer service rep with a lack of understanding Most likely an English comprehension issue. Had to state my issue several times. Was in the call for ivermectin 20 minutes.

Tried several times to upgrade equipment but kept being denied even though my old equipment was almost paid off! Waite 45 minutes to talk to customer service finally they hung up on me! Thats when I decided to change to cricket!

got wifi throiugh them to try. didnt like it.

returned the router to the store. and was "cancelled" 2 months later bill was back for it.

called and refunded and "cancelled" and 2-3 months later again bill i sback. here we are for the 7th time.

Please listen to your customers I just want my defective tablet (purchased last January) replaced. Via my insurance.

Hsve been trying to get this issue resolved for well over a month.

Was sent an IPhone. But have no use for that
