I did NOT deliberately go to PISSEDCONSUMER.COM to ask the question.I wasnt angry , I just dont understand my phone settings and had a question. And, for the record, Im more upset about the name of the sight PISSEDCONSUMER.COM than I was about my settings. Id suggest a name like CONSUMERHELPER.COM This title would make you sound like the good guy that you are (most of the time) and, it wouldnt make your consumers look like they are always angry and miserable to deal with. Poor communication

A refund that is supposed to be 3-5 business days has still not been refunded after 3 weeks. Got a bill when I had no service or phones. Maybe it's smoother for some people but my first experience with Verizon is not good. Second guessing my decision to switch. All businessness are money hungry but at least take better care of customers...especially potentially new ones.

That's petty of you. We used to have to wait weeks to see the guy from the phone company who re-installed 'their' phone (you did not own it) on your new wall.

That's when there were long-distance charges that caused $10 (1971 $10) phone calls to a place 20 miles away. Then they put your name, address, and phone number into a great big book and tossed a copy into your drainage ditches.

How's that for service ? And YOU are upset ?

Not streaming on my tv

Customer service is terrible for tv service. It took over one hour to get a representative on the phone. The problem I have with streaming is getting worse all the time. When you finally get to speak with a representative they dont know what how to fix the problem. We also have Verizons wireless phone service. Thats not bad at all but I would check all my options before using Fios TV.

Verizon employee stole my trade in and I cannot get to a human who can help me

In March 2023 I went to Verizon with a fully paid iPhone 15 to get my screen repaired. This was on route in Port St Lucie Florida. l was given a free iPhone 15 instead and an Apple iWatch. 2 months later my bill was very high and I called Verizon, they said that my phone was never traded in and I was responsible for the new phone. I have called multiple times since then, multiple, multiple times and I have spent over 50 hours of my time trying to handle this I have taken screenshots of them telling me "the bill will be taken care of" , "the device fees will all be taken away...just wait one to two billing cycles (which is one to two months), but it never changes. I have called security, I've called customer service, I've spoken to multiple agents and supervisors who have promised me the world... but nothing changes I'm at my wit's end and I'm ready to contact q lawyer and go to the press if possible. I was on a threeway call with a Verizon agent and Leavon (the person who took my phone) where he admitted to taking it! He said he had it in his drawer at home but then after a couple of months he mailed it to my address of record(where i no longer live but my children and ex-wife still do) with his own money! The phone never arrived at that address and had no proof of mailing it, no receipt,and he couldn't even say where he mailed it from. Yet, Verizon still wants to charge me for this phone. Now, since I've only paid what I was supposed to have paid originally I'm in arrears and they've turned my phone off until I pay off these arrears. Now, anytime I try to call them I get redirected to the automated agent and nothing changes!I'm done with Verizon, I will never go back and I believe everybody should be done with them. they have worst customer service ever...I mean there is no customer service. Nothing but out of country call centers who can do nothing for you, they promise you the world then tell you to wait 2 months but nothing ever happens. save yourself the trouble, do not use Verizon... ever!!! There's a lot more to the story , but there's not enough time today to put it all down! bottom line... Verizon employee stole my phone and they just can't do anything about it apparently..

International package rates

It took me 45 minutes to finally speak to a representative. I had problems the area code since I was calling out of the country. No help as to what the correct code should be.A third party helped me with the area code. When I finally got Verizon they kept on sending me code to enter which I did and still had problems. By a miracle I was finally able to speak to customer service and they were able to help me. Very frustrating

Ok so long story short about 4 . months ago my Verizon phone got stolen and when I went to Walmart to buy a replacement phone, they were sold out and only had straight talk.So I reluctantly purchased a ST phone n refill card and have used their service for the last 3 months. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago and I dropped my phone in water and it FRIED IT! So I finally got the Money to purchase another phone and yes! Walmart had Total by Verizon! So I bought a new Moto G Play and a $50 unlimited refill card. Activated it no problems. Made 2 calls. My mom and a few hours later I called the customer service and requested they transfer my Straight Talk phone number over to the new phone and plan so I could regain access to all of my Google files (important stuff can't get back without the number) so the lady I spoke said no problems and explained that we might get disconnected but give it 15-20 mins power off and then power on and make a test call. I did exactly what she said and we'll maybe you guessed it. Not only did I not get my old number transferred over, they disconnected my new total by Verizon account and so far I've called about 83times in the last 4 days and either they listen,say they understand and they need to transfer me,then transfer (HANG UP ON ME!!) So then I got to do the whole automated *** ALL OVER AGAIN...or they tell me that the phone isn't compatible or the sim card in invalid or get this that I now need to PURCHASE ANOTHER REFILL CARD because the one I purchased on 12/1/2023 has already been redeemed!!! So far STILL NO WORKING PHONE!!! STILL NO CALL BACKS AS I HAVE REQUESTED AND STILL NOTHING BUT NON ENGLISH SPEAKING FOREIGN PEOPLE WHO REALLY DON'T CARE IF I HAVE A PHONE OR NOT AND IF I WAS VERIZON I'D EITHER RETRAIN ALL OF THEM OR TAKE MY NAME OFF THE ASSOCIATION OF ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE JOKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THAT ARE WORKING THERE!!! I NEED MY DAMN PHONE AND MY AIRTIME I PURCHASED AND THE ACCOUNT I SET UP ON FRIDAY. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO RE PURCHASE ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY DIDNT DO THEIR JOBS!! Why am I getting billed for a prepaid phone??

I had the phone turned off months ago. I got the phone for my mom because it was supposed to be users friendly for senior citizens, and prepaid. She could never use it so I went to a Version store in Gainesville Tx and had it turned off. Why would I have a bill for a prepaid phone service? Please advise!! Thank you

Don't have service 75 percent of the time , then I've been paying for the phone for over a year and it's still not paid off they said I have 25 more payments ridiculous I could go to T-Mobile and get an iPhone 14 free, and have service. But I am a loyal customer so making the switch is hard but is more then likely going to happen

Change credit card number for payment

It is almost impossible for the average person to get hold of customer service all I wanted to do was change credit card as I pay bill by automatic payments as my card was fraudulent used so I was issued new card. You would think when it comes to payments you would make it easy. My other payments by automatic pay was simple but yours was the most frustrating thing Ive ever encountered. All your other services are good but getting hold of your your main corporate company is awful. Who ever come up with your corporate customer service doesnt think like the average person making it difficult is not good. I stay with Verizon because I like my representative and your services are good But I hate your corporate phone service. My opinion getting hold of your corporate functions was made difficult or the person that did it never has to use it. Thanks
