Me proponent cambiarme a Verizon y acepté por $100 4 líneas al mes con 4 teléfonos Samsung s25 ultra y me llegan 2 teléfonos s22 y 2 s23(pequeños) y hasta el día de hoy no e podido cancelar la orden para corregir el problema y pedir los nuevos teléfonos llamo y llamo a atención al cliente y es tiempo perdido

Well now has been 2 months since this over charge. And still they gave it to me in the rear.No matter what I do I will lose.
How does a company as big as Verizon get away with walking all over the small people. The final chose is to pay $441 dollars for 2 months of service or tell them to shove itand ruin my credit that I have been working on to fix and final get up there cause of the contract I have. They give you a good song and dance claim to give you deals and discounts the they hit you with fees and do things to take away the discount. I was on auto pay was supposed to be paying $46 dollars a month for my line as well as $46 dollars for my wife.
Some how when the account was opened I think my brother phone auto fill the bank info and they say they attempted to take payment on August 20 and it was denied. So I was charged with a return payment fee and can't use auto pay. How convenient to do that. So now my monthly phone went room 46 to 70 a month and my wife's.
Plus 25 dollars return fee. Next the internet. I only got it cause I was supposed to get it free for 6 months. I was accepted by there Verizon forward plan I did the enrollment and bang got billed for 65 dollars for internet 35 dollars for installation and more fees.
Same with phone me and my wife ported over to them and her phone wasn't ported correctly so forc2 weeks her phone service sucked. She could make calls but not receive. Called and had to get new number. Again I already paid them for a month on the ported number 2 weeks on the new number and 3x $35 dollars installation fees.
So in all reality for 3 months of cellphone and internet service I will be paying $759.
No wonder Verizon is the largest phone company. And there is nothing I can do without hurting myself.

I have been on the phone with them for 5 days, at least 4 hours a day, that I'll never get back. I've wasted time trying to be a new customer and have 9 devices, and their customer service absolutely sucks.
They have still not fixed my problem.
They've taken my numbers from my old service as hostage, and I still don't have answers on how I'm supposed to handle this. I guess I'm gonna call an attorney and see where to go.

I ordered a phone 2 days before Valentine's Day as a gift. It did not arrive until 4 days later.
Then it was the worst phone I have ever owned, period. The agent who sold me the phone quoted me $107 a month and a pay-off on my old phone to switch companies. Then, after they cut both my lines off completely, they hung up on me. I had to go in the store again for an hour and a half a second time.
Now, I find out my phone will not be paid off for two months. I'm paying for each line separately. They lied!! This is not only fraudulent, it is false advertising!
Worst customer service EVER!!!
I can't even get a return label. Unbelievable, biggest nightmare I've experienced with cell phones.

You suck. I've called 10 numbers no help. This is ridiculous. You need better customer care.
Just how u wanted to spend my day and received no help.
Bunch of pre recorded bs. You keep asking for a 10 ditiht pin when u clearly have a freaking 19 one

Never ending monthly rate increases!
Monthly fees during a 6 month period increased by $35.65 not sure what quality of service has been afforded to my phones to justify this increase, and what are the next 6 months to bring? Pricing me out of Verizon's wonderful service, how can anyone on a fixed income, budget for such increases?
Was informed that replacement warranty has increased on phones that I've had for over a year. Must be nice to increase and demand more monies for a service that you've had, when you feel the need for more profit...
This over 10 year loyal customer is done with the Verizon bull shirt. No justification for these monthly increases.
Did not honor promotion
Verizon customer service did not honor the promotions once we switched to their service. They dragged until 3 months, charged us more than they should have.
Customer service continued telling us that they will fix it but never did until we could not switch out of the contract. So deceptive.
User's recommendation: Get promotions in writing and keep a copy. Or stay with your current service don’t switch to verizon.

A payment for Verizon was taken out of my bank account. I am not a Verizon customer and want my money returned to my bank.
No one from the fraud department will talk to me. I will go to the bank and let them investigate this, as your company won't talk to me.

Horrible service! They sold me a new Apple device but gave no guidance on how to get it set up or troubleshoot any issues.
The employees were rude and patronizing towards me, a disabled, 65-year-old woman. There were problems right out of the door.

I went into a Verizon store and waited 2:30 minutes working on trying to get y account out of limbo. It wouldn’t let then charge my account as a consumer or Business. That is a problem..
We went to Verizon to get a home gateway for my motor home, and end up there for 2 1/2 hours. We still did not get my account out of limbo.
It did not say it was a consumer or a business account. I did then home and called Verizon because I had a complaint and was on the phone another hour and a half still I didnt get the right info and I am pissed.
Payment made still cut off
M made payment arrangement and phone was still disconnected by Verizon. Terrible company, steal money take money and still cut your phone off disconnect Services. You can never talk to a live operator
