Christopher was a detailed Sales Representative at the Lee Blvd Fairfax VA location. Ge did not rush me, answered all my questions, transferred my files and apps, and thought me how to play with my cell new phone. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and made the sale stress free. Great asset for that location.

Granted, you pay a lot for all of that stability and choice, so if you're on a budget your best cell phone plans may be a little lower on our lineup. If you're looking for the best of the best overall, Verizon is the only true contender. As such, it earns our Top Ten Reviews Gold Award.

I complain for FIOS Customer Service: Nicole, Megan, Kelly, Diana Billing Department: Kevin, Are very incompetents, arrogant, manipulators and unprofessional. I have documents and payment receipts, for their revenge to me. They block my account and hide all my account info. I hope they will be more humans, and change before to be later. I am very offended from them. You have all documents in my account and Info Communication with Customer Service Department. I left from Verizon (Resident Service) only from the worst Customer Service i ever meet. I still have wireless service and I am happy from Customer Service, are the best. I do not appreciate Verizon's adoption of ransom ware marketing techniques to attempt to force new products and features by imposing annoying tones and messages upon customers. For example; the unethical practice sending an annoying tone and message that our voice mail has a problem and the only way to solve it is to call tech support error code 9004. That results in some lam sales pitch about the new visual voice mail for $3.00 per month, and to be told that the only way to clear my device, if I don't want it, is to "power down" my phone. The individual I spoke to said something about being better than living in Red China???

Really simple, 18 years and one day sorry we can't help you. We have a really big family. And not like version cares, but they really need to make this right. Just because people go through hard time does not mean they need to be treated like ***. My wife's mother is a good woman worked all her life saving others from death. And one day you just say sorry. Not cool guys. Not cool at all. You see that's how countries fall.. They forget the people that put them there. You have some young kid at a desk on a phone not knowing what the *** life is about. It is possible to get good customer service from Verizon

I submitted a bad review on Aug 15th; mostly about the lack of good customer service from Verizon. The manager of the Appleton store finally got back to me today. Nicole was fantastic. Corporate Verizon should talk to her and listen. She did a great job and resolved all my problems with courtesy. Hopefully she will be able to teach the other employees her skills. She honestly appeared to CARE about us as customers. My son was even impressed because he said it was the first good experience he had at this store. Verizon needs to understand the value of customers opinion because they will tell as many people as possible their experience; good or bad.
