I've called Verizon four times. With each call they promise the promotion will be honored and that they will correct the problem. Nothing has been resolved.

Verizon finally honored the trade in offer. It took four months of hounding them but my complaints finally worked.

Lesson: 1) if you set up service with Verizon, go to a store or do in online. Do not deal with a telephone sales person.

2) keep copies of everything - every message, receipt, shipping receipts and tracking numbers, and records of telephone conversations. 3) don't give up.

Totally dissatisfied with the 5 transfers across 3 countries as this is totally unacceptable I like to talk to a person not an AI as a 24+ year customer I expect better service

Rep Processed My Order Without Me Being Ready & Incorrect Info Is Where It Was Sent

On Nov. 10th an online rep through chat was helping me with buy more get, save more promo to save with purchasing headphones. Once I found out how the deal worked I told them thank you. They them said they could help me get better deals so I said okay im intrested. They wanted to look up my account info and I said it was deactivated but I still provided them with my phone number. They asked for me to confirm my address. ( I was figuring they found my account and ithey needed me to prove my address) so I gave her a couple that it might be under. (Since I've moved a few times this year). I also provided her with my email. I also had a question about my rebate gift cards to see what the balance was. I gave them they info... I said I wanted to used to use the full amount. After that she game back with an order total and order number saying purchase was complete and I know longer reside at any of those addresses! I told her immediately that I was not done!! She gave me customer services number and I spent 3 hours that day being transferred around and put on hold. I finally ended up speaking to a gentleman who got in touch with a women who helped us send in an order cancelation ticket. I was given a ticket id number to check with the gentleman in 48 hrs to check the status &;;;;;;; to have the money put back on my verizon gift cards. I have not yet heard back from him!! In the middle of this I got an email saying I have a remaining balance of $500. If thats the rebate cards....then refund the money to the cards and take your money back!

Recent call

I had paid part of a bill last week and still owed - set up a payment arrangement for the balance which was accepted. My outgoing calls were cut off this morning. I called right away to make a payment but asked why they didn't text me something to let me know that I needed to pay by today instead of an arrangement that was set up and accepted. The guy refused to answer me - he just asked which cc i wanted to use. I wasn't being rude - I was just surprised since I had never had this happen to me before - I always pay. I asked him again why he thinks this happened, and he ignored me. Maybe they need to train their reps to be a little more connected to the customer and work with them. He was very out of touch and a bit rude. Making me think about other carriers - let's see if something like this happens in the future. Good phone service but making me think about customer service - I guess I shouldn't let one bad apple spoil it very the other reps which have always been kind and informative.

Stop charging me SUPER EXTRA CHARGES

my name is Ali -Afghahi . 703-498**** I am your Customer since 2002 at least 18 years right now i am in turkey with my wife and our newborn son i am not using your services since mid September why you are keep charging me !?!? As we spoke you should charge me $10 every month in order to keep my Number !! but you charge me the whole amount ! ?!? which is not right please cancel my account and my services and refund my money back as soon as possible .Also from now please send any bill or statements to my mailing address (895-stefaniga Rd stafford va 22556

I want to change my Verizon review

I have the same type of phone that the other reviewer has and also got the same message and gave Verizon a bad review as well. However, I decided to try contacting Verizon online via my cell phone account. It took a while during which I did other things but actually wound up "chatting" with a very nice person. Here is the information, which is actually quite nice: It's called a relief bundle, this is a relief program for our Prepaid customers they set up because of the pandemic. It will be providing 300 minutes to call internationally so we can be connected with "your beloved". No charge. No use of minutes. The program will continue till 4/30. I suggested that if they message saying they are putting an unsolicited program on our phones that they explain what it is.

User's recommendation: Verizon has its issues but it's no worse than other providers.

Recieved chat assistance with activating a replacement for lost cell phone

With Corvid 19 shutdown I was not expecting prompt support. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was connected with on line chat in less than 5 minutes. Received very courteous and precise directions and solved my self created problem when I entered in inaccurate phone number when trying to activate a replacement phone. Great customer service from Bradley!! Made my day even though I am locked in with " Corvid 19 social distancing".

Store sales rep's LIE & this aint the first time

Went to Verizon Store at 3732 Crenshaw Blvd, LA, CA 90016 on May 15, 2019. Just to ask a question on how to print out my Pictures. The Sales Person Patrick viewed my account and said, "you get a FREE Phone" I am on the family plan 4 phones he told me I needed to pay off my Brothers phone $93.73 and pay $100 for the taxes on the $900 dollar FREE Phone, so I did. I asked Patrick several times "it's FREE" he said "yes" FREE" I let him know i'm not into upgrading right now but since it's free i'll do it. After he started transferring my Information from my old phone to the new FREE phone, he said, "Oh! you get another FREE phone but you have to pay the taxes on both" Taxes tota $195.24. After making sure both phones are free-free, I called my Son and asked him if he wanted the other phone and yes he did. I asked Patrick several times about both phones being free because I experience a customer rep at the Culver City Verizon Store told me my Ipad was free and it wasn't. After activating both FREE phones Patrick told me my bill will be about $350.00 a month my previous bills are around $303.00 a month. He also said I needed to go unlimited which was fine because my family and I were considering going unlimited and Patrick told me the Unlimited price is $40.00 on the total bill, but when I go my bill it's $45.00 on each line total extra $180.00. While at the store I was taking notes. When I received my bill I called the Customer Service Center and spoke to Susanna the total was $553.00 and the FREE Phones were not free it was buy one get one Free and that promotion don't take affect until 2 or 3 months later I called him and went to the store 4 times to get him to explain. On June 7th I finally caught up with Patrick and told him these phones are not free like you said. He said, "I didn't tell you they were free it's buy one get one free". I told him I want my old phone back and of course it's gone. we went back and forth about the phones not being free I am so disappointed in Verizon because these reps will tell you anything to get a sell, I've been a loyal Verizon Customer for over 23 years but this will make me leave I don't like being lied too. Susanna the Rep I spoke with on the phone tried her best to satisfy me because she do not want to loose me. I am so unsatisfied in Verizon teach your Customer Service Rep's to tell the truth it's not hard. I'm trying now to get in touch with a Rep to either cancel my service this is not the first time I've been lied to by Verizon and i'm done. Angry

EVERY YEAR MY BILL INCREASES BUT THE NUMBER OF CHANNELS DECREASES. WHY ARE THE CHANNELS GOING AWAY? MAYBE I WILL CALL SPRINT TO LOOK FOR A BETTER DEAL!
