Terrible Billing Procedure and Customer Service

After several attempts, I was finally able to speak with a second level customer service person and my issue was resolved.

Called to review plan to reduce cost

I called to review my plan so i could reduce my bill or change to another provider. All discounts applied to my phone plan actually increased my bill. They told me they had a senior discount also. When I asked how it would change my bill it increase it considerably, not reduced it. That is deplorable to deceive with the word discount and charge more because you have to change your whole plan to a higher cost to get the discount. It does not apply to your account unless you change your account. Seniors need punished for growing old, right!? They not smart enough to know it is'nt really less expensive. It's a discount that's all they need to know. They recommended I change my plan. When I asked what it would do to my plan it increased my bill. No matter what they wanted my bill to go up. If I removed a line down to 2 my bill did not decrease by one third as I would expect. It reduced by only about 10%. I shouldn't have to pay 200.00 a month to have phone service. And I shouldn't have to replace my phones every time I get them paid off. I can get new phones and all the service I already have by switching to another provider. And I don't need to use no FAKE SENIOR DISCOUNT.

Lost Visa rewards card

You have my complaint on file. I want to speak to someone that DOESN'T HAVE A FOREIGN ACCENT. I GET SO MAD WHEN I GET A PERSON WHO CAN'T TALK ENGLISH VERY WELL AT ALL. ALL I WANT IS MY VISA GIFT/REWARDS CARD I EARNED WHEN I SIGNED UP. ASAP

No service on redemption.

I get an email that my "gifts" are ready to be redeemed. So, I click on Redeem now. I get nothing. I have tried to speak to verizon about what I am doing wrong and I get a long drawn out list of suggestions. Why in the world doesn't Verizon just let you redeem what is yours and be done with it? Totally ridicules. Yes! I am upset!!

They didn't take there payments a hassle to reach Verizon

They didnt take my automatic payment thats set up, its too difficult to contact this company Im disappointed

A call I received

A person called and raced through an offer to add showtime for $5. When I explained I pay over $230a month which is to much Didn't get a response. Then tried to ask about something-she hung up! RUDE! Wanted to know why I lost station 660-no explanation and no price reduction. I used to have showtime and max! Gave them up to save money. After 2 years price higher than before w/show and max? Never get anything 0except HIGHER PRICE! get anything except higher P

Orbic phone

I paid $165.00 for an Orbic flip phone on Friday at Brockport, NY store. I hate this phone completely. It is a cheap piece of crap. I am stuck with it but want anyone who thinks of buying one to save their money.

Talk to a live representative

Can't get a live agent on the line. Can't get chat support without signing in. Reset password feature is not working as submit button is dim. Hours of wasted time and energy.

I need to disconnect a phone

I show 5 bars but it has no service.

Never got thru to a person to help resolve issue. So really pissed consumer. They are great to sell but service other than what they can do at the store not as good.

The supervisor in la habra CA very rude and dysfunctional.froze my PIN and took money out of my checking account with out permission after I complained.
