This website was forged in the depths of ***

I bought the simplest phone on earth. They told me I would have to enter my pin number. Like an idiot I waited until 8 oclock to do this. Turns out that not it. I dont use this horrible website because there is no support. So I can't now get into the site, because the know I had an account, but will not help me access it. The stupidity of this is mind boggling. Truly. I will pay $100 to any Verizon employee to call me.

if the president of verizon would spend 30 minutes on his website trying to speak to a sales rep he would fire the entire IT department and start over. been trying for two days to upgrade my phone. the website is just a merry go round. how can anyone run a tech company these days with such incompetent staff. two things. selling my verrizon stock and switching to AT&T. you guys just raise my blood pressure.

Replacement insurance

Verizon support staff is programmed to not support customers who need help like a replacement phone when it is clearly proven you need one. Verizon refused to replace a phone I have been paying insurance on for two years. Verizon is a thief.

Because of Verizon screw up. I am being charged $79.00 and tax. Can't be refunded by Verizon standards. This company is a wasted joke.

System looping without updating

The automated system would not accept my new debit card, it looped on zip code. Verizon suspended my account for 30 days due to too many log in attempts. I finally got a hold of a person at Verizon and they refused to restart my account. I then went to the Verizon store, who also told me my account was suspended for 30 days. I said, I have never in my life heard of a business practice that refuses to take my money. I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years I walked across the street to AT&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;at

Poor service

Verizons coverage has really declined! If they cant get it going again, I will have to switch! Ive been with Verizon for 14 years and always had great coverage but that has all changed over the last 6-8 months! What gives!!!!
