I have called support many times lately regrading a problem with the phone, no one has the correct answer, just always a run around. Today I was on hold first time for 44 minutes, the person that first answers the phone is a tier 1 tech, does not know which end is up, finally I hung up, tried again after 28 minutes of waiting again, another tier 1 tech. I said I wanted a supervisor she said the supervisor is busy, then give me a high up tech support person. She said I will connect you with one, will return every 3 minutes until a support person comes online. 28 minutes later I hung up, she never came back. Poor technical service, over 10 years I have had maybe 2 people that knew what they were talking about. Such terrible service,it's a wonder they are still in business.

Verizon doesn't care about their customers and is unwilling to correct the lies that were sold to us. Overcharged they added extras that were not required and charged our credit card without consent.

Once again, yesterday Jan 13, 2020, I tried to call my wife's hospice Dr on her iPhone and got the "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, your call can not be completed as called. . . " This happens on both of our iPhone 8, with random numbers, and at random times. I have posted about this in different venues several times in the past month. I received one STUPID resonse telling me how glad Verizon is to hear from me, and "we hope we have you covered in the future". After a few more posts, I was sent an email address saying a Verizon rep was going to help with the problem. I sent a msg to that address 3 times with NO RESPONSE!! The problem has NOT changed, NOT been fixed, and NOT EVEN acknowledged!!!!!

Any time i have a problem with home FIOS internet service, i spend at least 1-2 hours on hold waiting to talk to someone, even if they say the estimated wait time is 7-9 mins. There is always a lot of hassle, and automated directions to go through steps i've already gone through- multiple times. Just very frustrating. Resolution to problems does not happen quickly. I never experience this with my verizon phone plan- have had that over 10 years with zero complaints. Not sure what is wrong with the FIOS/internet part of the company. More than ready to switch providers!!
