Verizon is literally on the fast track to losing its customers. I have had verizon for about 20 yrs. Service was always good.... CUSTOMER SERVICE was even better and never had issues. Man has than changed. Service is spotty sometimes. YOU CANNOT GET A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE!!!! I have tried 4 phone numbers and at least 10x and still have not spoken to anyone. I have, however, been hunbg up on all 10x but the robo-bitch they decided to use instead of having real human interaction. I'm about to drop my phone carrier just as I did cable TV. We, the people, HAVE HAD IT WITH ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had problem with billing called several times, put on hold for 45 minutes then rep that finally answered hung up on me. Called again was on phone for 1 hour, rep that answered didn't know enough information to correct my problem. Asked to talk to supervisor, none available. Problem still not resolved. Worst customer service I ever experienced.

Verizon has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! First of all you cant get through to them! It takes not even hours but days to get anything done with them. I dont know how anybody can work for this horrible company. My old school DSL has gone down at different times! Once I move I will NEVER use them again!

Verizon has the worst customer service ever! I have been a longtime Verizon customer, and have been trying to renew my service. But I have gotten 10 different prices from 10 different customer service reps, supervisors who contradict the customer service reps, failures to return promised phone calls, failures to call when promised via the phone "call back" system, and just general arrogance and rudeness. Despite my trying to renew with Verizon, I am switching to Comcast because I just can't take the horrible Verizon customer service.

Once upon a time Verizon Customer service was good. However, now it is crap just like most big companies.

Not enough representatives for their current base and they have adopted an inane digital assistant just like all the other companies that do not want to talk to you. Digital assistants do little but make you so frustrated you will hang up or waste time with them.

Do all company CEOs today drink the same screw you tea? I think they are all incompetent only worrying about their benefit package and stock options.
