Terrible customer response time

impossible to speak to live representative. when they come to the phone the line magically goes DEAD. 1 1/2 hours to get no answer for my difficultygo to another carrier

Dropped service. Still getting billed

Switched wife's phone, later switched service when available. They stated I still had tablet # and service. Had not used tablet in years.

User's recommendation: Do not use Verizon for any services. Customer service horrible, and goood luck of speaking to representative. Most unmbers have automated service, and could not get to live person.

Service getting worse every year

No dial tone, almost impossible to talk to someone. About my service problem. They have gone from bad to worse!

Sales rep was horrible

I was at the Verizon store in Harrison at for 5 hours.. They took the money out of my account for a new phone but they didn't give me the phone.. I am very disappointed in the Harrison at store.

Help impossible to easily get info via phone. Been with Verizon since new. I do not care to use the robot.

Lack of service accessibility for us old folks and robot irritates me. I do not care if the newer generation likes it or not. Remember you can be replaced by a robot too. I spent 15 minutes on the phone and had to force the robot to send me to another department because it could not understand "Customer Service or Support." I have been with Verizon since it was new. There is no consideration for loyalty. How come Spectrum has cheaper rates? I am tired of robots but apparently you need your money to operate so I pay immediately. Sorry your company needs a lot to be desired.

User's recommendation: Take an anti depressant when calling Verizon. They do not consider us old folks.

Signing into account

Every time we want to add/change anything on our account, it's an absolute nightmare to do so. We have to start over with a new pw and login, and changing all that is a *** So tired of them acting like i'm trying to *** into my own account. And I keep accurate notes on all my passwords, etc for each company, so it's not an error on my side. So tired of going through this each time.

2 credit bureaus have completed their investigation. They brought my score back up about 75% and added a notation to the Verizon account.
