Been trying to talk with someone for 3 days regarding my account. There is NO customer service with verizon.

We cannot access our account for billing information. Been trying for 3 days to speak with someone. This is ridiculous. Even the "let us call you back" mode sucks.

User's recommendation: Go elsewhere if you think you'll ever need to speak to someone.

No one wants to HELP!!! I need to talk to a Live Advisor Verizon is horrible!!! If this doesn't get fixed going to AT&T I'VE been costumer for 25 years is worse I'll make sure Facebook friends know how happy I am with the service

I was told they billing date was changed it was not. It is now a duplicate payment

I called on November 14, to chat the date of the payment. The rep stated he would have it done. I checked the bank account and the account on the Verizon website. They took the money twice. I have the confirmation number of the conversation, which is 7bc3191b-a908-4***-*d86-2fcee617b020. Verizon has to move all operations from overseas to the US. The overseas rejects need jobs, I understand that. What they do not understand is American business practices. For this inconvenience I want one year free service.

Horrible service no phone service

We are a dental office and our main line has been out for over 2 days. We have been looking for a way to contact verizon for 2 days non stop wasting time of employees. There is NO customer service telephone number for a telephone company!!! Horrible service. Worst company ever. DO NOT USE VERIZON !!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

How long I'm under contract with Verizon

How long am I under contract I have no bars that I have one bar at my house Every time I complete this it puts me that I am a customer how do I talk to somebody can't do it here

Poor service

I have been waiting on hold for almost 40 minutes for someone to answer my call. No one has answered yet. Verizon provide poor service at outrageous prices. I will be glade when my contract ends!!!!!!!

They have worst service online and in store!! Would never ever recommend Verizon to anyone!! Try T-mobile love their service!!

They are pathetic

They don't even deserve a 1 star. The worst company I've ever had to try to deal with. Customer service is abominable IF you wait for 45 minutes on hold (while listening to the most ANNOYING 30 sec. riff EVER! -especially for 45 minutes!!) trying to talk to a human. When I finally reached them, they told me I had to pay a full months service, even though I only used 1 week in that billing cycle. WHAT A PILE OF BS!!!! Don't waste your money. Go to xfinity and pay less while being able to reach someone to speak to with very little time and effort.

Customer Services

You need to have more customer services in local areas. It's very daunting to have to wait over 15 or 30 minutes to get someone to reply or take the call. As for me ,I have no car, and the closest one to me is in Holland , Ohio. And there is one near me {in my town}, but they can't help with the Password. I would have to go to Holland, and that is about 25 miles from where I live. I would appreciate a response.

Let the company propose a solution

Poor service

Saturday I spent 98 minutes on the phone with tech support (45 on hold) and received no help. Today I started the process of calling them again. I was put through the same process. We have terrible reception in our area and the answer apparently is that they are investing in 5G, 4G customers are not supported and the 4G system is simply left to deteriorate. How is this posture not a violation of the contract. I would never recommend them to anyone.
