Verizon - Thiefing bastards !!!!!!

Stole money from checking account. Was given Wtf permission to access my checking account for monthly charges but instead withdrew more than .monthly payment. When challenged, some how one time charges appear and charges not previously identified from past identified. Three opportunities given to right the wrong and to explain charges not fully identified. Informed them to discontinue services, then and only then they offered to reduce my monthly bill to a lower rate as a peace offer. Don't trust them. On my way to AG . Verizon - Changed channel lineup so consumers have to pay more

Deleted Cinemax and HBO from Ultimate TV Package and now asking $25 a month for both. Bad business. Also upgraded speed and agent said have same stations for a slightly higher price. No word about no Cinemax or HBO. Quite disappointed and feel deceived
