I received a call from Mr. “Ocie W.” from Verizon EXECUTIVE RELATIONS.

The conversation was very brief as he started out with “Unfortunately ..” He went on to discuss “financial constraints” and how there was nothing he could do. He refused to give me a credit for the additional money Verizon effectively stole from me on auto pay and said there probably was a notification in the miniscule print on the back of one of the bills. Seriously? He then offered me a 2 year contact at $20 MORE per month than “Jane” who called me yesterday.

What a bunch of knuckleheads. And, note that Mr. Ocie W. was from Verizon’s EXECUTIVE RELATIONS.

From the top down, Verizon is a unprofessional and incompetent bully and it’s time to be done with them. Spectrum is installing on Friday for significantly less per month for better service and far better internet speed. No contract.

So, review your bills and make a better choice. Be done with Verizon.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: False advertising re services and rebates, Unprofessional and lack of care and concern for loyal customers.
