Hi Verizon,

Why are you guys not helping me?

Sim card ordered on 11/29/20 from a Verizon rep. by phone. Not yet received.

Having a disagreement on money paid. Manager said need 24 hour to get permission to check cameras, an I T will have to check.

I called a toll free number to switch my mobile service to Verizon from my current provider and was on hold most of an hour and a half jus to be disconnected and I have called at least 15 times and still I'm literally in limbo trying to get Verizon mobile services but every number I call says the same thing , that I do not have a Verizon number and to call my own current provider but I can't do that because Verizon has gone as far as to get my current provider on a third line to verbally release my acct and phone number over to Verizon but I never received any help after that so how do I get connected with Verizon mobile services if I can't talk to them ?? I'm so pissed

Had an accident with my phone and got a new replacement and can’t get it to activate or make calls or texts

Got new phone. Lady switched info for me.

Now husband Danny DeLoach has no service.

What happened? He is upset

I paid 245 dollars to my account And my phone is still not on. Is there still a balance owed and if so how much?

My brother recently became an invalid. He is a Verizon client.

If accurate I will remove fios and cell service. Let me know what verizon stands by.

we got new phone for my husband also got internet which has cost us nothing but promlems tablet jetpack and wifi cord we have left several messages for cortney but does not return calls .my husband took the products back the were very nasty and said when cortney comes back talk to her. we are 76 yrs of age conot nedd the treatment . she returns monday she is in so.
