in contract but computer continues to over charge and i have to call in each month for credits bit have been told that the computer generates these charges and can not correct via computer. I have to take my time out and find a representative that can credit correctly.
Within this time , I am charged late fees and no one seems to undersatnd why my contract is what it is.
I am grandfathered in , yet i continually get charges each month that I do not incur because the prices have gone up. They owe me not me owing them .
