in contract but computer continues to over charge and i have to call in each month for credits bit have been told that the computer generates these charges and can not correct via computer.I have to take my time out and find a representative that can credit correctly.
Within this time , I am charged late fees and no one seems to undersatnd why my contract is what it is.
I am grandfathered in , yet i continually get charges each month that I do not incur because the prices have gone up.They owe me not me owing them .
