Jan 14, 2019 moved to new carrier, Feb 7 got billing from verizon for entire month of january, 2019 stating the bill should be paid by feb 24, 2019. Feb 13 got an email threatening, to turn billing over to collection and/or report to credit agencies.

When trying to contact to discuss with customer care, they got my name and just hung up.... The bill should be for what I have used not the entire month. If they send statement saying pay by feb,24 you should have until feb 24 to pay. Customer care should not be hanging up on people, whether customers or not.

They hide behind technology, making it difficult to contact and resolve issues. If you move to another carrier, verizon disables all online accounts except billing and pay. no way to connect to them even their phone numbers make it difficult to connect to them. I suggest staying away from them.

There are other better carriers out there, suggest you use them first. I have reported them to FCC!
