Verizon Phone Service Review

Is there anything customer service CAN help with? They cant tell me why im burning data with the data tab turned off, they cant answer detailed questions about bill, they cant help with email login etc. No email for weeks and not only didnt tbey help but they wasted 38 minutes and screwed up my phone worse than told me to go to a verizon store! Once again, what the *** does verizon do?

Been trying all month to find out why im using data with my mobile data tab turned OFF! Not only do they tell me nothing but tech support hung up on me last time. Horrible customer service!
