I made a simple transaction such as moving. I stayed in the same city same county and same zip code.

Easy switch right! Not for verizon! They took forever to get me reconnected, then charged me twice for everything. I called to get that fixed then my internet security wouldn't work.

I called text support and they screwed around on my computer screwing more *** up. After six and 1/2 hours they still didn't have the problem fixed.

What is worse is I live in America and I have to push one for English. However, what they where speaking wasn't close to being good English.

how would you like to travel to another country like Japan for example and have the need to call in about whatever and you not been able to communicate because they only spoke Jappanese????
