I upgraded my phone back in July for a Note 9 the phone was not working properly as far as making and receiving calls they sent me a sim card only to have the same problem so back in July they sent me 2 refurbished phone and they would not stay powered on, they finally told me due to marginal coverage in my area that I could be released from the contract upon returning the phones now I see a have a charge for $793.16 "Device payment plan (buyout charge 6-24 month agreement). I was never told this and this is not fair especially when Verizon advised me it was marginal coverage in my area so therefore it was not my fault the phone was working properly. The customer service reps and supervisors do not care and we pay too much for phones that are not working properly.
