Verizon charged me $75 for 5 months of fraudulent charges for some vapor service from a bogus company with initials in its name. (This happened once before but they fixed it then.) In March they said they'd reimburse me.

I got another bill from them--full price. In April they said they'd reimburse me if the company reimbursed them. Another bill, another full price. Today when I went online to see my past bills, as I had been able to do, !!!suddenly that service isn't offered in Maryland any more!!!

So now I can't see my bill at all because I'm paperless, and how can I know if I'm not being charged again by a THIRD bogus company??!! I'm furious.
