Verizon installed the new boxes & they don’t work. Raining, they go out, Light rain, volume goes up & down, tv’s freeze for no reason, some channels change to Spanish on own.

1 box is wireless, that one never works.

They send a signal, it works then goes out 10 minutes later.

Can’t get through to customer service in the last few days.

Had 6 boxes in one location. Technician said they put them out without testing them enough.

"Verizon" ( a senseless, made-up committee name ) is perhaps the single greediest company I've ever encountered. They charge more for less than any other enterprise I have yet to encounter ; eclipsed possibly only by one of my medical providers whose time is billed at $175 for 15 minutes.

I hate Verizon's red colors, their website, the cost, and their endless griping beginning with payment due date. I don't have their product, but my wife and kids (adults) do - their rates are outrageous for something that is handled entirely by machine and computer.
