we switched to verizon onetalk for our business. We were sold a story and an entire system that does not do what they promised. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. We were overcharged for our phones and now we are in collections due to the sales rep not giving us the credit he promised. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS HORRIBLE
