My husband and I spent hours in this store to have our lines transferred from sprint. The manager said she will keep on top of a mistake they made, which influenced our sale greatly.

She never called. Then had her co worker screen calls. I finally resolved the issue with customer service. She never called and after 10 days I called to tell her we got the issue taken care of but I also wanted to let her know she should have called me back.

Her friend told me she was gone and I asked for the name of the managers boss. She put me on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and lo and behold the manager was in. We left Sprint for these type situations.

She said she had "customers" so she could not talk at this time, and hung up. So I guess after the sell, I am not a customer.

Product or Service Mentioned: Verizon Manager.

Verizon has changed dramatically since the merge with AOL and they do not care about their customers or the outrageous rates or time that customers spend trying to resolve problems caused by VERIZON...!!! Time for them to get a wake up call!! I will try and find better solutions and company's as mine is for DSL and a land line...Should be really simple but It is not.!!
