We’ve been having problems with internet service for the last 3 years and had multiple techs come to the house all saying different things. The last 4 techs said the wiring out side was fixed.

We had another tech come last week and said the wires are shot and should’ve been replaced years ago. Have been running an average speed of 4 MBS on one line and no internet on the other line for a month. Been over a week and they still haven’t fixed it and still have to wait another day.

Got a 7.20 discount on the bill. We pay our bills on time monthly and over 300 bucks a month for phone, internet and cell.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Verizon Pros: Service very unreliable, Dealing with a bunch of lying polecats.

It appears Verizon has been unable to fix the problem(s) with no solution in sight. Paying over $300 a month for the kind of service you have been getting is rather silly, don't you think?

It's time to find a different provider, at least for the phone and internet service. Verizon's cell phone service is good, but why pay for internet and phone service that is no good?
