I am writing in regard to a recent encounter with your Corporate Office. The first mistake is a mishap on the behalf of myself.

I purchased an IPhone 6+ from a social website that has an outstanding balance, which came from my neighbors grandson. However, before providing the funds, I called into your corporation to confirm the IMEI number could be processed with no issues. I first spoke with a representative named Kristine in your prepaid division. She assured this could be done, advised I go to my nearest Verizon retailer and purchase a sim card, I then advised I was almost two hours away, and asked if going to a local Dollar General, she advised do so.

I then go to the retailer, and spend my gas and time to purchase a $74 transaction so that I could give this to my son on his birthday.

Kristine assured to call me back in the allotted time it would take. She assured this phone was removed from unpaid bill list and lied in front of retail Corp employee it was removed.
