It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a human being a Verizon. Call any number you wish and you will not get a human.

Tech support is not even a real entity. All verizon wants to inform you of ( by robot) is how much your bill is and when it is due. They don't give 2 *** for the customers. You cannot even call their corporate offices and get a human to answer.

This is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever tried to deal with.

This needs 100 words so here are few more, morons, holes, encyclopedia, broccoli, asparagus, toenail. wind, golf, hurricane, dirt, air, ac/dc, conglomerate, toothpaste, pants, shirt, pole, mud, irate, out of control, atomic bombs, nuclear explosions, stars, caves, trees, birds.

Product or Service Mentioned: Verizon Mobile Phone Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: I want to talk to a HUMAN who can help me who is employed by Verizon..
