Verizon - I cannot change my password or secret question.

New ReviewerAfter receiving notifications on my cell phone and tablet that my account was being accessed by another device I attempted to reset the password. I couldnt remember the answer for the secret question, so I requested to reset that also.
When I attempted to tap the reset key nothing happened.Tried numerous times. On one of my following attempts to reset the password and secret question I was asked to verify my phone number or user ID. The information was totally incorrect, so I was afraid our account had been hacked.(Screenshot included) Tried to contact Verizon by phone and was put on an automated answering system. In order to set a time for a call back, I had to log into my Verizon account, which I could not do without the correct answer to my secret question.
The Catch 22 of Verizon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Verizon Cons: Lousy customer service.
