i AM PAYING 266.00 PER MONTH FOR SERVICE. i ALSO HAVE HULU NEFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME.

i GOT A BILL FOR A PURCHASED MOVIE ON DEMAND. i HAD PREVIOUSLY CONTACT VERIZON TO TELL THEM THERE IS NO REASEON FOR ME TO PURCHASE MOVIES WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY i AM PAYING THE THREE SERVICES. i HAVE FIVE SET TOP BOXES IN MY HOME. I was told I had to go to each one of them to put in a code.

I am handicapped and can barely make to my living room at times. I spoke to Brian in exclamation department who said he would disable the ability to purchase on demand movies and shows. (01/17/17) Today (12/11/17) I find I cant access on demand at all for the free stuff. Called to complain at 10:30 on the phone with Jason customer service sef customer service and Omair Repair its now 12;13.

i TOLD EVERY BODY I AM DISABLED i SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO TO FIVE SET TOP BOXES TO TRY TO PUT IN CODES. SOMETIMES I CAN BARELY MAKE IT TO MY LIVING ROOM.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: better service..

OK. So, you made it clear that welfare dollars are paying your $300 cable bill.

But what is your complaint exactly? You called the "exclamation" department and said you wanted the "On Demand" feature disabled.

They disabled it. I will say I am quite impressed by you going into the future ("12/11/17").
