I purchased a pro max 12 for my wife for Christmas. She wanted the model with more memory.
I went to the VZ store and was met by the bouncer outside the store. I was told I had to call customer service to make an appointment. They would not simply run the phone out to my car for an exchange. I called the # and was on hold 3 hours.
(Not an exaggeration). Never got to a live person. I then tried going thru the assistant on the website. I tried this for 1.5 hours.
She sent me a link for an appointment at my local store but link said they werent accepting appointments, no Vz locations were. The lady told me to call the store. I did that but could not get a live person. I drove back to the store and was met once again by the bouncer.
He told me there is no way they could make an appt and try customer service again. After 25 years at VZ it is time to say good riddance to VZ along 2020.
I checked with T mobile and can save $100 month on 4 lines. Things are looking up.
User's recommendation: Don’t even try to do business with Verizon.
