I had am unlimited data plan with Verizon for my smartphone.I switch the number of that phone with another phone from my family plan which was capable to work in Europe for 10 days.When I came back,I switched the number back.None of the Verizon reps told me that this will affect my plan and Verizon replaced my unlimited data plan with a 2GB/month plan.I have called the customer service and they told me I had only 14 days to correct the problem and now it`s too late.In conclusion,I have lost my unlimited data plan even if I have upgrade my phones or change anything in my existing plan.I am out of the contract with Verizon and I am looking to find another provider or to drop completely their data plan (back to basic phone).I feel their customer service reps were incompetent or deceiving.
