The next step after court was the Verizon store to see what we could do to replace her phone. The result was absolutely nothing! I was required to use another upgrade from secondary line, pay a activation fee, and was enrolled in the insurance plan! I was given a hard sell on adding a tablet and fell for the "package plan" with screen glass saver and a charger I didnt not want!
What was my response going to be with my traumatized daughter next to me during the process? Shame on you Verizon!!!
