Yesterday, I contacted Verizon for the third time to try and figure out why I am receiving 2 different bills.The lovely representative informed me that the second bill that I was receiving was for an old DSL line that was inactive and should have been disabled.
She would have the line disabled and my account credited. Woke up today and couldn't access my e-mail even though I had internet access. After speaking with Tech Support, it turns out that my e-mail was linked to that line and so it was disabled. Here's the good part...EVEN THOUGH IT WAS VERIZON'S FAULT, I'M BEING TOLD THAT I CANNOT HAVE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS BACK.
I have countless memberships with internet sites that use that e-mail address to contact me. Verizon is by far the WORST company I've ever had to deal with.
Will be going dirctly to the Verizon office tomorrow to speak to someone face to face and make sure the rep I spoke with yesterday is fired.
