Verizon customer service is HORRIBLE. The automated service is not helpful.

If it is not something that can be solved through their on line services then I cannot get someone. I have been on the phone for over an hour for a charge made on my checking account that I know nothing about. There is no indication on the bank account what the charge is for or if phone or internet. I finally got someone, but he only works with phone accounts and does not see the charge so tries to sell me new phone service

Then he transfers me and I am again on hold for over an hour.

There is no other company that has EVER made me this angry.

By the way, the online services to which I am referred is useless. I went there before trying to reach a person.

Reason of review: unexplained charges.

Verizon Cons: Wait time on hold and cannot get a real person.
