Verizon - Did not termiate my phone service when I told them, now its my fault I have a large bill to pay!!
I switched from Verizon to Comcast to save money on home phone and internet. I just received a bill almost a year later stating that my phone will be disconnect (Verizon).
When I called they told me I had NOT terminated my phone, just internet!
And it is my fault because I didn't pay attention to the bills that come to my house and they will not adjust the bill. SO if you want a phone provider that will let you go almost one year with out paying your bill and thinks it's a good customer service, Verizon is your place, but if you want help and they have note that you cancelled one service (internet) but not the other (phone) and it's all your fault and the *** wont let you talk (supervisor) then again Verizon is the place to be....so needless to say, I have to pay a phone bill that I cancelled a year ago and it's all my fault!!!
Monetary Loss: $200.
