Scheduled an appointment for service to outside box and computer texted verification with window from 8 am to 7 pm and someone had to be home. Nobody showed or called.

Customer service said they had the wrong contact number which was a lie because I had checked online before calling to check for a status update. Time is money. I'll bill them $165. for wasting my time.

Not the end of the world, but dishonesty and lack of professionalism (by not being called to reschedule) gets under my skin.

The phone reps were doing what they were trained to do, which was fine. The supervisor, sadly, didn't have a clue.

I was told someone would come on Thursday. No one showed up.

A supervisor told me someone would come on Friday.

No one showed up. I am getting the feeling that Verizon employees are intentionally slacking off because they aren't happy with how negotiations are going.
