I have resisted changing back to Verizon for years after bad experience last time I used them. They been saying how better they have become and so finally I decide to switch since Cox was going higher each year.

I was told by their representative that after installation, the first bill would be 45 days later. 19 Apr was install and I see first bill online is 14 May, shortest 45 days I have ever seen. After chatting online with on line representative which could not help, I called them yesterday. The operator of course could do nothing but offer another package.

The Verizon web site is sort of useless in filing a complaint, keeps have errors and does not run.

I am happy with install and speed, just sort frustrated and believe that used deceptive practice to get me to change. I guess I should of followed my gut and got rid of them both which i will do in couple years when this rate runs out.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: One customer rep was good on phone.

I didn't like: Lying to me about the time frame to get refunded.
