Can't get an agent thru chat-requires login, but when I do there are security questions that i never set up-Seriously!!!! Can't get past it.

Phone call gets me nowhere since my plan is prepaid and I don't yet have the phone in my possession-it is stuck in limbo at UPS!

Can't get past the automated messages even when I state that I need to speak with an agent. Literally NOTHING I do will get me connected to a person at

User's recommendation: Go with another company! These guys will sell to you, and then you get no assistance!!

Monetary Loss: $243.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Verizon Pros: Great coverage.

Same here except they went one step further and locked me out of my account right after purchasing a new $999.00 S21 5G under the customer loyalty program. I am going to the store tomorrow and hand over the phone and hit them with a small claims 3x lawsuit in district court. its unbelievable ,,,,,,,they need to be regulated its out of control.


Had same exact experience trying to get into my account to look over my bill these past 2 days. Chat doesn’t understand the question.

Can’t get live chat agent.

Locked out twice. Can’t schedule call with live person unless I first sign in!
