Ive had problems with dropped calls from other carriers I went into the nearest store and lets just say they over delivered I was switching from another company they upgraded me and gave me the best package deal for two phones everything wasnt switched right away I did have a problem with the number registering but I called and they got it done right away 10/10 service

Verizon cut off my husband's phone when he only owed them 76.00 he has never not paid the bill. He forgot to pay because I had surgery and he was so worried and concerned about me being alone.

Now these nasty people want to charge him a 30.00 reconnect fee yet they are saying everywhere "Verizon will not cut off your phones in these times" this is an out and out LIE. My advise to anyone is find a new company one that cares about you as a customer.

I was billed again, after my termination period, and in the middle of the billing cycle. However, I'd been previously told, that we are billed prior to the start of the billing cycle date, but was now told that that's incorrect.

Christopher was a detailed Sales Representative at the Lee Blvd Fairfax VA location. Ge did not rush me, answered all my questions, transferred my files and apps, and thought me how to play with my cell new phone. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and made the sale stress free. Great asset for that location.
