Account set up by sales team errors causing over charges
The account was set up erroneously at the store as 2 individual accounts vs a requested family plan. This caused extra charges having to pay for 3 phones 3 tablets and 3 watches vs having them free and only paying for initial account set up and the monthly service. The sales team, the CS calls nor the email cases opened with Victra Support have resulted in any communication from them fixing the account refunding the extra charges or making an attempt to stop the increase charges. Bills are coming in, we continue to pay to avoid damage to our credits but we can’t afford it. We are down $2000! In 2 mths . It was suppose to be $360-80 per month.
