I received my Oct. 2018 Verizon bill with an Oct.
4th payment due date. My bill usually has a payment due date between the 10th and 12th of each month. I set it up this way years ago to work with my income. I always pay the full amount each month and on time.
When I called Verizon I was told that even though they could find no reason the payment due date was changed, they can't (or won't) fix it.
Supposedly, the computer changed the date all by itself and there's nothing they can do about it. Bull, somebody changed the payment due date and somebody can change it back.
Pay attention to you bill's due date so Verizon can't screw you for being late!
