all the closed end questions don't allow to tell the whole story. When you are limited to only giving the responses chosen for you, you can't really explain what is happening and it makes it obvious they don't really want to know.
Your not getting a measurement of what your customer is getting. Your creating a measurement you want.

So any discount I use actually makes my bill increase. The FAKE SENIOR DISCOUNT I was told about by the rep made my bill go up considerably.
If I tried to remove a line down to 2 lines my cost went down only about 10 %. I would have expected it to go down by one third since I am using 1 third less. Don't give me your double talk.
You really think it is ok to try to deceive seniors by calling something a discount then they have to change their plan and increase their cost. How dare punish me for getting old and think I'm that gullible.
No one should have to pay 200.00 a month just for phone service.
It is the more expensive annually than my gas or electric.
Then you want to send me a email survey that only allows me to answer closed end questions so you get the answers you want but not necessarily the truth.
And then it isn't rating your business or service, just the attitude of your phone reps.
You are only fooling yourself. I can get new phones and the same service for less by switching to another provider.
User's recommendation: check all your options for the best cost of service.
Verizon Pros: Reliability of service.
Verizon Cons: Could care less about the average customer, Deceptive practices and claims, Care less about loyal customers.
