Frontier Communications - Verizon former user

Since several months ago I was experienced many problems with my cable and internet Verizon services, mostly because the Top-Box and DVR were not working properly. Suddenly I was informed that Verizon has bought by Frontier and then I received a bill from Frontier supposedly for previous charges. I consider this unfair and unconsidered. You very know that the service of Verizon in the last times at last was incomplete, as Verizon also state in messages through the TV screen. I think you Frontier may offer us, the consumers, a better service at lower cost than Verizon and I am glad to subscribe a new plan with you if this unfair bill is removed.
