Over the course of 3 years, Verizon shut down our business voicemail for days on end telling us it was "an outtage"... when all along they were telling me that we needed to switch our copper phone lines to fios.After days of not having the VM working they put it back on.Flash forward to June 2019.

Same thing happend. over a week without VM and Verizon telling us its an outtage.

CS said that if we dont switch from copper by August, they will shut us down.Finally decided to switch and low and behold, our voicemails is now working. What a coincidence.

Reason of review: Verizon lied to us..

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Stop the bullying. Please. .

UPDATE: After having our business lines switched to fiber optics, our VM stopped working. EXACTLY one week and about 4-5 phone calls a day, today,the VM is up and working properly. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
