My wife and I were with AT&T for years. We switched to Verizon unlimited plan because it was a better price.

Once we had the phones I was impressed by how fast the data speed was. Then I realized that we were on the more expensive unlimited plan when we fight our first bill. I called and said that we were to be on the lower price plan. They said sorry, but it happens a lot that customers are put on higher price plan.

They fixed it quickly and now my data speed sucks. This is obviously a trick to get customers annoyed by the slow speed after tasting the faster speed of the higher priced plan and they will pay the extra to have the faster speed.

It is obvious they slow your data speed down on purpose to get more money out of you. I thought this was illegal, but obviously not.
