In January 2017 I bought a new phone from a Verizon store. The phone I chose was LG G5 because I was told there was a promotion for that phone.
$200 credit. From day 1this phone hasn't worked right. Constantly drops my calls. Rarely have a signal.
It will cut itself off occasionally. I have tried all the "fixes" suggested by Verizon. Nothing. Long story short, I never received my credit and my phone still does not work.
I started complaining about the phone about 2 months after i bought the phone. At that time I owed over $600 for the phone.
Verizon offered to buy it back from me for $115. Really???
