When I signed up for HUM I wasn't told about the monthly charge of something like $55 for cell service. I was told there was only a minor charge for the device paid over two years.
When I called Verizon to complain Verizon said to return the device to the store where I bought it to see if they store would give me credit. The store is closed, or possibly moved. Verizon said they had no place to return the device by mail.
Verizon said "well you signed as contract." I'm taking them to small claims court. They accept no responsibility.
