Verizon - Can't text
Have had phone for years with no problem. Now i can't text some numbers or receive texts from some numbers. Employee at store said"yea there is some problem. They are working on fix" really it's been 10days and I am paying them 100%of the bill for 50% service

How come Verizon TV only gets pixellated or drops audio during actual shows and NOT during commercials?
