I have wi fi phone service, and it's not working!!! It usually works, and it's just being 'failed delivery'. Why do they falsely claim to have the service and not be dependable? I really needed to send messages about my car being stuck and couldn't deliver messages!

I am a service connected disabled veteran try to make ends meet off of my monthly disability checks. I paid 160.00 on march 1. It is now March 8. This morning i received a text message and voice mail that unless i pay 160.00 more within 24 hours my service would be suspended. Wow!! As soon as i can pay this phone off i am telling this scam of a "phone carrier" where they stick there service!!!
