Billing department

I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. You would think I would receive a senior citizen discount and or a front lune worker discount I had three phone on my plan two of which were completely paid off. They still want to charge me over 300.00 a month absolutely ridiculous.

My new phone

I been with Verizon 4 and a half years bought and paid for 3 phones at a rediculous prices and recently paid off my current device and upgraded again and paid 185$ due at upgrade with the same card Ive paid with all along and they canceled my order due to non payment

Dissatisfied with phone service

We have (2) lines and we thought we had unlimited data services for the price were paying $138 a month. A few of our close friends have Verizon as welll and multiple lines and pay way cheaper than we do. Were very very dissatisfied and looking to possibly cancel our service. Hopefully yo icon help us out with this matter before we decide to move on!

Poor customer service

Router stopped working. After 2 weeks w/o service, I was told that Verizon no longer provides service in my area. Then, instead of closing my acct and giving me a pro-rated refund, they cont'd to send me a bill for the month I had no service. I spent 3 months trying to get my acct closed. In April, I was told it would be taken care of. In Aug I received a collection agency notice for the unpaid month that I had no service. Ver Verizon

User's recommendation: Avoid Verizon home wireless if you live in a rural area.

Attempted to activate new Verizon sim, last Monday, spent week being hung up on and disrespected. Sim still doesn't work, no refund on $80+ spent, hours on the phone and online, only to receive messages like "where the creamer is made" from employees on Verizon messenger account. Cancel MiFi

I would like to speak to a real person. I keep getting sent in circles. You charge the most money. You should have excellent customer service. My 2 year contract has expired. I would like my MiFi canceled.

Lousy customer service

dialed *611 the verizon prompt returned "sorry looks like your account is locked for some reason, but don"t worry we are here to help", Then it hangs up. I try the mobile app and I cannot sign in because you guessed it. It looks like my account is locked. I went to the store and am setting up an appointment to close my account and return over $1200.00 in equipment because I cannot get customer service. on strike please don"t let me laugh.stay stay

No services in hollywood , ca

I live in Hollywood CA and often have problem with services. But since August 10, 2021 all phone calls failed , no texts to and from other phone companies consumers. Only able communicate by texts between Verizon consumers.
