Please re activate My phone

I requested to temporarily discontinue my phone last January 6, 2022 and it was discontinue until April6, 2022! Cause I have to take Care of my Sister here in the Philippines. It Will supposed to be re-activate today April 7. Please re- activate my phone now! Thanks!

Signing into account

Every time we want to add/change anything on our account, it's an absolute nightmare to do so. We have to start over with a new pw and login, and changing all that is a *** So tired of them acting like i'm trying to *** into my own account. And I keep accurate notes on all my passwords, etc for each company, so it's not an error on my side. So tired of going through this each time.

Reduce monthly bill

Poor Service

Multiple times I get no customer support including today & in the past. There is zero chance of talking to a live person. I was almost done & the line went dead between me & a live rep. I called back twice & was informed twice that I would be connected to an agent. I never got to finish getting my problem taken care of. My info is wrong in their system & now causing problems for me. After the 2nd time the automated told me to hold for a live rep & waiting for almost 30 minutes again, I hung up. They could care less! I want to say that I really don't think it's the agents fault. It's the owners. They're the ones who could care less, as long as they're getting paid from other customers, so they know you will call back. The elite are going to have to someday meet their maker & the 30 pieces of silver will get them no where! User's recommendation: Find another company with cheaper rates if their service is going to be poor.

This website was forged in the depths of ***

I bought the simplest phone on earth. They told me I would have to enter my pin number. Like an idiot I waited until 8 oclock to do this. Turns out that not it. I dont use this horrible website because there is no support. So I can't now get into the site, because the know I had an account, but will not help me access it. The stupidity of this is mind boggling. Truly. I will pay $100 to any Verizon employee to call me.

My phone won't call 800 numbers

My phone wont call 1-800 numbers. I get the tone and a recording saying the call cannot be completed as dialed Problem not fixed Cant get to a person. Just an automated chat.
