Verizon - Samsung Galaxy Edge Review from Yucaipa, California

My droid max completely died and i was given (had to paid additional $) a new phone.- Samsung Edge. The phone provided inconsistent texting. I frequently received a message that messaging had stopped. Did i want to report the problem? I choose to report it every other time just to see what hastened. In addition to the texting problem, my keypad went to black screen when i tried to input numbers. My phone was like an old etch a sketch that had to be held at just the right angle. Totally frustrating. After getting through to tech support and extensive troubleshooting, a complete factory reset, and over an hour on the phone, two trial texts went through and my keypad appeared to be functioning. Next day, same issues resurfaced. i just spent 35 minutes with tech support in a circular discussion. I requested a different model since i do not trust the Samsung Edge i now have. I asked for a supervisor who told me i could pay addiItional $ to get another phone. i have been with Verizon since 2005 and spent a minimum of $25,000 with their company. Despite the supervisor's statement that they want to help me, I have not been helped. I should not have to spend more time and $ to resolve this problem. Verizon also says my old phone, which was mailed back promptly, has not been received by the warehouse. Two different Verizon tech support personnel have told me the warehouse processing is slow and it may take up to 45 days to acknowledge my phone has been received. Meanwhile, Ii am getting canned messages staying I may be charged yup to $500 if my phone is not received. Thanks for allowing me to vent.

Really simple, 18 years and one day sorry we can't help you. We have a really big family. And not like version cares, but they really need to make this right. Just because people go through hard time does not mean they need to be treated like ***. My wife's mother is a good woman worked all her life saving others from death. And one day you just say sorry. Not cool guys. Not cool at all. You see that's how countries fall.. They forget the people that put them there. You have some young kid at a desk on a phone not knowing what the *** life is about. Verizon in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - Poor connectivity or no signal on all boxes

I contacted verizon tech support several times about my poor or no signal on my DVR box and got no resolution on the issue! I then requested a supervisor and he was very ignorant and disrespectful! He had the nerve to ask me why I requested a Supervisor, When I told him the issues were NOT resolved by his tech support agents!!!! I have no phone service or tv service and I am put on hold serval times with no resolution. I pay over $300 per month for a triple play service and I still have no service. I am unhappy with this company and will cancel my service ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Verizon in Los Angeles, California - Home service (Equipment return issue)

When I turned off my Fios service after three months of trying to get them to reduce my bill by changing my home plan which they never did i told them to cut it off. This was on May 28th and this is when the harassment begins; first the continued phone calls asking me to remain a Verizon customer, second the equipment return issue, third emails, and fourth mail. After letting the caller know I was not changing my mind I no longer wanted Verizon the calls stopped. Then the emails started coming in about the equipment, but I had their *** I had the paper work from UPS showing they had it, but that didn't matter. Now comes the email threats about charges for equipment they have. Stay away from Verizon at all cost.
