Worst phone company ever - service... what a joke

I traded in a phone for a new one. I was told to clean the old phone of records / reset it and bring it back for the trade in. I did that. 1. I was told I had to wait 20-30 minutes to turn in my phone! 2. When I did try to trade it in, they said I had to ship it myself as the store couldn't take it back as it was set up for a home replacement. BS. I was told specifically I could bring it in by the salesperson who handled the sale. I was upset and demanded to speak to the manager. He wouldn't make any corrections to the system to allow me to turn it in there. When I told him my family would never deal with Verizon in the future, he told me to leave the store. I left the old phone in pieces on their floor. NEVER EVER WILL I WALK INTO THAT STORE AGAIN User's recommendation: use any other carrier

I came home today to find that Verizon dig up my brand new sod and put down straw. Are they insane? Who would do such a things Ive spent weeks of water the sod and it was coming in beautifully. Now I have nothing.

Dropped service. Still getting billed

Switched wife's phone, later switched service when available. They stated I still had tablet # and service. Had not used tablet in years.

User's recommendation: Do not use Verizon for any services. Customer service horrible, and goood luck of speaking to representative. Most unmbers have automated service, and could not get to live person.

Service getting worse every year

No dial tone, almost impossible to talk to someone. About my service problem. They have gone from bad to worse!

User's recommendation: No recommendations if you need a land line like me.

My phones don't work -- service problem

My home phones do not work -- I am told me it is a service problem not the phones them self. They have been going on and off for about a week. Your man was going to come to the house but it stopped because I said it was fixed. It was only phone then. Now it is both. The phones are 202-244-**** and 202 686-**** This is getting very troubling.

Want to terminate service (838)-202 -****

Been trying to terminate second line they keep it active they tell me they're going to disconnect but they keep billing me month after month not good business practices would never ever consider Verizon wireless as a service provider again that's how dissatisfied I am with them.
