Messy Transfer

I don't know anymore where / how to pay bills. Everything was nicely organized in Verizon. Now all I see are ads that don't matter -- no "PAY MY BILL" option. Who did this formatting of the online accounts and omitted the fact that payments are more important than spam ads on the page...? I am waiting right now for someone to reply at Frontier. No, going online to pay is not more convenient at this time, there should be a pre-set 'PAY BILL" option largely visible on the website the way it was for Verizon.

Terrible customer service! The "manager" of Verizon on CY in Casper, WY, accused my husband of being a hostile customer. They were unable to answer questions on our account without seeing a copy of our contract because it was purchased through Sams. Allison, the so called manager, was way out of line and accusatory. I work in retail and required to treat every customer with dignity. As soon as our contract is fulfilled, we will no longer use Verizon as our provider.

Why can't they just admit there system is over loaded and give everybody a break *** total *** Verizon sucks and the bad thing is they are probably the best overall company pretty *** sad !!! On May 1st my on demand stop working.followed on screen instructions to reboot box,which caused my guide to stop working. Called Verizon,on phone over 1 hour with agent who kept rebooting system. Said i need new router and they would send it. Now May 18,never received router, can't get ahold of a live person at verizon.

Nearly every day I get multiple "sorry, we're having a technical issue" message while trying to send emails. This transition is a nightmare!

Between the spam blocker not working at all, zero customer service, and the mail program itself simply not working, I can't get a thing done. It is totally unacceptable!

Was adding a line for my sister and upgrading her to her first smartphone. This was supposed to be a new phone and when we took possession of it, it already had numerous items in the search history so this was obviously either a used phone or a display model-neither of which was told to us. Nothing we can do about it now but it's good to know that they're selling items that are used claiming 'new' status. Vultures as sales people. You wonder why people want to go online for everything. Just be honest would ya?

What I hate about Verizon Fios: 1. Expensive and keeps climbing 2. On demand service lags on popular shows, or just doesn't exist 3. You can't fast forward in on demand shows, which is fair, but if I have to stop watching an episode for some reason, resume play starts the show all over. I can be 5 minutes from the end, and the doorbell rings. When I come back I have to watch it all over again, or just skip it. Usually, I just skip it. 4. Occasionally on demand show listed is not the one that plays... In particular with series finales 5. Complicated to redeem myrewards points, and you can only talk to customer service about it m-Fri while I'm at work. 6. Huge Windows when waiting for technicians to show up. Switching back to Comcast or Directtv.

Verizon fios is the modern mafia ,and i am only talking about about the tv app .So ondemand you only can watch what they want to watch ,even if you prescription to a specific channel and it's not availble online then you can't watch your favorite show.You can definitely watch it if you pay for it!!It is a trick i guess for them to make more money if you dont take your time browsing the app.If you found your favorite show and want fast-forward to where you left it ,you have to be very freaking patient because with with the 3 minites minimum commercial every time you click forward!!Chapeau verizion like the French people say,you sure know how to make money!!If Jhon gotti was still alive and out of prison he will sure makes you a partner!!With comcast on the other hand is freendom ,if you are prescribed to the channel then you can watch werever you want !More like what president Obama has been doing for the past eight years!!I bet you the owner is Republican..

Dissatisfied With Verizon

I use to think Verizon was the greatest. I have changed my mind as they do not honor their products that are under warranty, or people who have insurance on their phones. I just bought a LG V10 on March 14th 2016. From day one I have had problems with the phone. I have talked to several different techs, even brought it back down to the store where I purchased it, all BEFORE the 14 day return policy ended. All they did was re-set a few things, uninstall a few apps and reinstall them. Then tell me if I have anymore problems be sure to bring it back. Well I did, but now It's past the 14 days and they REFUSE to issue me another phone. The phone has become worse, it freezes up to where the keypad you use to make a phone won't work, all emails & text messages are locked up so you can't read them, and even in the photo galleries are locked so I can't view the pics. The problem goes away eventually, or I have to power off the phone and back on for these features to work again. Even a factory reset didn't help. I'm tired of dealing with their hit and miss fixes which do not help. I paid over $300 out of pocket for this phone, and it seems a company as big as Verizon will stand behind their customers. Any other company as long as you have your receipt and the product is under warranty will replace the defective product with a new one of the same, not a refurbished product. I didn't just spend $300 to have a refurbished phone offered to me, but a brand new one, and so far I haven't even been given that option. July 1st when I have saved the money, I am getting rid of Verizon, and from this day on I will NEVER EVER refer them to anyone!!

Verizon - Phone Plan Review from Berea, Ohio

I have the edge plan with 2 devices that are being paid off. I was part of a family plan and decided to leave due to personal reasons after 14 months and 10 months left to pay off the devices. When i signed up for the edge plan i got a $25 sp device credit for each device. I called the assumption of liability department and told them i want to leave the family plan and start a new 6gb. They were very helpful, he said that my bill would be $110 before the devices and insurance. He also guaranteed me that I would still get the $25 sp device credit for both devices equalling $50. I am sure of this because I asked 3 times. My bill came today and there were no device credits of any kind. I promptly called customer service and she told me that a new plan came out and automatically made the line cost $20 dollars lower and that i would not recieve the device credits. She said if I wanted i could go to the old plan and recieve the device credit but pay more for the line access. I explained to her that was not what i was told. After arguing with her for quite some time and her not wanting to transfer me to a supervisor, she finally did. The supervisor also told me I could not have what was promised me and told me if i dropped to 3gb he would throw in and extra one but i would have to take out a contract on a 3rd device, an ipad, that I own. I was promised $110 a month plus $60 devices minus $50 device credit plus insurance. So my bill is over $200 a month when it should be $150. I spent an hour and a half on the phone being told that they dont have to honor what i was told, but they would throw in 1 gb if i dropped my plan and locked a device into a contract, bs. I am absolutely disgusted at the incompetence of their customer service. My wife has been a customer for 8 years and is ready to find a new company. I shouldn't be lied to and then told, oh well. I am losing $50 a month for 10 months for a total of $500. I am extremely pissed that they don't care about their customers.

I am curious to know how many of you out there actually bought Verizon a new backup battery for the Verizon owned terminal installed in your house. When they told you it was the cause of your poor service record and the beeping coming from the box. When the gas or water meter breaks for your house do you buy them a new one? Is it me or should Verizon get the curent system fixed before asking for continuous upgrade and speed fee increases

Charges for unused apps

On two occasions I have gone into Verizon for assistance and while being helped offered "free" is the word apps. Only to find if accepting them they are added to my contract and even if not used am obligated to the contract to pay. At no time is disclosure made that accepting them will obligate me to contract payment. I have two that are on my bill and not use and with a fixed income would like them to be removed. My account name is Rosalind Greenwalt, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635, account number is 520-227-****. The local store was not helpful, in fact rude in that I should know better. One had to be there on the selling factor to know that the word "free" being bantered about would have fooled even you. I would like to have them removed and would gladly return the devices.
