I Should have stayed with optimum. Verizon is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! Way to expensive and highly overrated!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Charged me for home phone I never received

I was charged for 3 years for a home phone I canceled at the beginning, when Verizon did not come to hook it up for 2 days scheduled. They gave me refund then somehow added it later when I upgraded my internet for work. I brought it to their attention but they refused to fix it.

User's recommendation: Use a different company Verizon does not follow through.

My internet has been cut off

I made a payment plan with Verizon which I had to pay $7.00 for. I wonder why I have to pay for a payment arrangement. I told them this not legal. The agent got very defensive. Verizon is a billion dollar corporation most likely more. Please let me know if this is legal. I made a payment plan and paid them $197.00 dollars they told me that only covers April and May I think. Now they cut off my internet. I asked them could I make an arrangement where I pay my$92.00 and a certain amount is paid off. They said no we don't do that. It is a disgrace the way billion dollar corporations carry on. I am 66 years old they don't care if you're a senior or younger they just want money can you help me?

Billing questions

I'm trying to talk to someone about My phone service. It was disrupted today when I had just gotten my check today and barely gotten to town today before my service was interrupted I was going to pay it but I'm not going to pay my phone bill and top of the $60 that I have to pay for re connecting fees whenever I was just waiting for service because I was on roaming so I couldn't pay until I got into town which I got into town at like 1245 and I was going to pay waiting for the wait the page to load and it wasn't working because I didn't know whatever So I'm more than willing to pay my pastdue balance but I'm not willing to pay the $60 on top of it

THIS IS A COMPLAINT I FILED WITH THE NY HUMAN RIGHT DIVISIONMove to mo TO: Verizon Wireless FR: DA: June 29, 2022 RE:DISCRIMINATION NOTE:this is a copy what was sent to the New York State human rights division of the discrimination I suffered today from Vincent at 1150 Jefferson Road, Road, NY On this day 06.29.2022 and time 6.54 p.m., Verizon Wireless store at 1150 Jefferson Road next track to return a phone add a case Vincent the manager first thing he does is come off with an attitude and then when he decides to come and help me or anybody in the store didn't come and help me but he did after when he decided that I was leaving came up to me and said how can I help you what do you want I looked at him and I said as I stated before when I walked in that I'm here to return a phone. Vincent said that oh we don't like serving your kind in our store I looked at him I said isn't this a Verizon corporate store he goes yeah I don't give a **** what corporate says but I'm refusing service to you got to go before I call the police I turned around and told him to call the police I'm reporting you to corporate office but I have a witness we're going to make you look like liars I said I've been standing here anywhere from an hour to 2 1/2 hours waiting for help and this is how you treat a stockholder and a loyal customer to Verizon Wireless that's not right he started going on saying that we don't serve *** in here you need to go I show them my uniform shirt says oh you work for DHS my father works for that I said oh that's nice your father doesn't do what I do he said get out of here before I call the cops I told him call the cops because I guarantee you you'll be leaving in handcuffs and he just was going on and I said I'm going to report this to corporate office and pray to God that you have a job oh you're threatening me he goes you're threatening me get out of here before I call the cops and again I told him to call the cops I don't make threats I'm informing you what I plan to do he said it's all recorded in here I said that's good because the recording is not picking up what we're saying OK it just shows what we're doing I know my friend is a district manager for Verizon so at that point I left the store for re unhappy very angry and very shocked to see how of affectional company like Verizon Wireless will hire people they have a brain it's a grain of sand or no IQ at all. Vincent just kept saying get out of the store *** get out of the store *** we don't serve your kind you're not going to spread diseases in here. 1.I see for Vincent to be demoted from this position and reprimanded and this to be remained on his employment file and the other staff that work there at Verizon Wireless to be reprimanded for allowing this manager to do what you did and that they seek counseling from an LGBT qualified counselor. 2.Furthermore, if they refuse to seek counseling Vincent should be terminated from his job along with the other employees that allowed him to do what he did. User's recommendation: MOVE TO YOUR SERIVCE AWAY FROM VERIZON

5G coverage and customer service is horribel

Apple 13+ requires 5G. Verizon can't handle it. you can't send or get messages, your calls will drop, you don't get your voicemails. beyond that, it is a beautiful experience trying to get through the customer service automated or person. they drop the customer service calls and there is no follow up. they don't keep case info so you'll have to start telling the problem all over again. when they do keep notes, it is only enough to cover their behind. the problem of calls dropping, texts not going through or being received, voicemails not coming through continues on for over a week now and they don't know how to fix it. User's recommendation: cancel Verizon and go with a cheaper provider which actually can provide the service.

I have been charged for service for November and December and I have been with TMOBILE metro since September and my credit report has been falsely charged
