My husband authorized Verizon to take a $50.00 pmt, and over$900.00 was taken out. This leaves us with $0.00 in our account for 24hrs or more. All they said was we are sorry and it was just a human error. That's a HUGE human error!!!! We have no funds to eat, get gas etc. Saying I am sorry just seems to be a *** way of fixing and issue that was caused by one of your representatives.We have 3 bills that are due today that we will not be able to pay, which will make us late on. Was robbed. Verison screwed me over too. Am a senior.

Was robbed of iPhone, iPad, credit cards and checks. Police report was made. Investigation made re robbery. Instead of. Edison helping me they swindled me Told me about this great promotional plan to get IPad and add it to account. They told me my bill would be $432.00 and I. Of pay it in two payments. The Verison store Rockwell, Tx set it up. Was immediately charged $199 for replacement phone refurbished. One C S representatives said they put it on manufactures warranty instead of insurance. Was not even told about insurance claim filing. Then I had to call customer service to inquire asked you why I did not receive my bill. They said oh it’s going out. That was passed the 15 day grace for the iPad. When I read the bill I was overwhelmed. The bill total was right at $700. I was in shock. I am a senior and taken full advantage of. They refused to take the iPad back.The bill I was quoted and The invoice on my account work totally different. I was never told the total amount of my bill. I told them I had been robbed and I was two weeks waiting to decide if I could afford the $199 replacement phone. No one listen to me. They bombarded me with two lines to this iPad big promotional deal. Well I cannot afford any of that and I cannot afford to be swindled like this. Amen

Get another, cheaper phone right away before these crooks ding your credit reports. After that, you can tell them to see you in court.

Verizon is not to be trusted

You destroyed my pictures on your cloud, because you are greedy , incompetent and heartless. Someone needs to stand up to you. I was just interviewed by a major network and soon everyone will know what dirt bags you are. As if the California wild fire incident wasn't enough you put another feather in you cap, by stealing my memories of my grandchildren and family holiday pictures. I'm not the only one this has happened to there were many other people you did this to. You gave different stories to people because you couldn't decide which lie to tell to lessen the backlash of what you did. See you in court. I invite anyone with an issue like or similar to mine to post your story. It may become part of the story the network is doing. PS Verizon you tried to hide my last post but I just keep coming.

The title of your post was all I need to agree with you. The rest of your story is whiny and unnecessary.

Print copies of pictures that are precious to you.

It is common sense that anything digital or stored on a device is subject to early failure. You can't take them to court, you suffered no monetary damages.

Because of past fraud scams with our promos your credits will be received after 1-3 billing cycles and you will be credited what you overpaid, not paying however will revoke the promo altogether and you will be sent to collections.

Ripped off

Had insurance coverage through verison. My iPhone was stolen. Reported the theft immediately to Verison. Customer Service. The told me on August 24th I would have to pay $199 replacement fee. I did not immediately reply because I really did not have funds for replacement fee. Two weeks later I went to the store in Rockwall, Tx for help over my stolen phone. My IPad was also stolen on August 24th. A car theft which occurred in my own drive. Verison did not explain how to file a claim with their insurance company. They proceded to tell me about this fantastic promotional deal to have an iPad and my new phone. A terrible terrible scam. Lead me to believe my bill would be totally $432. They took $199 from my debit card and I got a bill from them for $700. I had to go through a dozen customer service representatives To address the problem. I found the Rockwall Verison store had used the manufscture’ Warrant to replace my iPhone with a refurbished black iphone. My BOA debit card was made out to their insurance company. I wa ripped off. Where do I get help.

Verizon customer service in madison, Al

My phone was dead and I need to change a new phone and I went to Verizon store in 72 university Hwy, Madison Al and one of the staff treated me as a thief. I explained my situation but he didn't seem to believe what I was saying. He started ignoring me and sounded very annoyed every time when I asked short questions. He shouldn't work as a customer associate at all. His attitude was terrible and there was a race discrimination against me. I am a long time Verizon user, more than 5 years and I have never had this kind of unpleasant experience, ever!!!!!! Unfortunately I don't know the person's name. If anybody who works at the store read this, please keep in mind that you should work on training people with the right work protocol.

On hold to get hung up on

My internet connection went on on a Friday morning. I was going out of town until Saturday night so I didn’t bother to mess with it until I got home if it was still out. I got home and saw it was still non-functional. I called Verizon, went through the phone tree with no way to look up my account number (since I had no internet connection) and listened to the on hold music for an hour and 16 minutes. A voice came on at that point and said, “sorry, our offices are closed” and hung up on me. Didn’t give me hours or anything. I went to a neighbor’s house to use their internet connection and used the chat service where someone finally got a technician out on Sunday (tried to make it Monday night, which is bad as I run a home business).

Very poor cell service and even poorer customer service

We have been with Verizon for several years. Over the past 5 - 6 months our cell reception has gotten weaker and sometimes non-existant. Several calls for tech support, nothing has been done to check into it. Our local store was sold to an independent owner, and now just sells phones. They don't even activate them. You cannot get any assistance from the store. When we decided that we should change our service to another carrier, we had to go on the internet to pay off the remainder of our phones. When we got the receipt via email, they were done by a store in New Jersey, (we live in Mississippi). I am so happy with leaving Verizon.

Constant dishonesty from customer service

I can't believe there are not more class action suits against this company. For more than 30 years Verizon has lied to me repeatedly about prices and plans. Recently I was told that I was placed on an unlimited cell phone plan, and proceeded to have the highest bills ever. Time after I time I could not reach anyone, service people hung up on me, refused to get supervisors, lied and said they would call back, said they were powerless to help, etc. etc .etc - most Verizon customers will instantly recognize all of these patterns. How Verizon did me

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy note for my wife as a gift it cost 1299.00 I also purchased the most expensive insurance the plan would allow for the device . My wife is having technical issues because of the devices S pen . We have only had the device for 8 days , So when she called Verizon customer service they told her since we haven't had the device for 14 days that they would notate our account and to take it to the nearest store and they would replace it. So my wife called the Library Mo. store and talked to someone named Nakita who answered the just answered the phone by saying hello , my wife was like is this Verizon she replied umha , my wife explained to her what was going on she put us on hold and got back on the phone and told her she didn't know who she talked to but they weren't going to help us and wouldn't even look up our account , she was very rude to a customer that spends more a month on their Version bill then they do their car payment . So I called back and talked to someone named Shawn who wasn't any different , wouldn't listen to anything I had to say are even look up my account . I then called back customer service and told them what the Liberty store said and how we got treated , they seen the notation in our account and called Liberty themselves , they got back on the phone with us and told us sorry but they can't make a store coroperate with us and that they would try to find a store that would honor thier 14 day return policy , they got back on the phone and said sorry there was nothing they could do and now we were stuck with a device that is not fully functional even though we only had it for 8 days and have insurance on it. What kind of business practice is this , I thought Verizon was a reputable company or else I would have never made a $1299.00 purchase with them , I am totally floored over the fact that I'm being treated like this , I have over 4 device and plans for the whole family . PLEASE take my advice and think twice before using this company , if I can save one person from getting ripped off like I did then this review was worth it , I'm 48 years old and this is the first one I ever had to write

So I went on line and ordered 3 phones and 4 lines. Also told them I was bring a phone with me from sprint got the 4 th line it is a 7 plus. Also, told the lady I was talking to that I want to bring the 4 phone # with me she everything is good and no problem with bringing my numbers. The lady ordered me 4 phones I only ordered three and I only got 2 of them. So I tried to activate the 2 that I got and port my old numbers. Finally free from the clutches of Verizon!

No-one would believe this. Verizon will torture you to the very end. I called to close my account. After 10 minutes on hold I went on line. Well, you can’t cancel on line and they advise a chat. I open a chat. Back and forth, back and forth with Sunchu – he could not close my account. Sunchu transferred me to Alexander – SURPRISE, he could not help me. Alexander gave me a number to call! Waited another 5 minutes on hold and was told I need to be transferred to different number. After another 5 minutes, Brooks picked up. He went on and on and on as I was begging for him to close my account. Begging! He continues to go on and on. I hung up. He called back, going on and on about how I am a customer for 18 years, how can he help, same nonsense. I say PLEASE help me and close my account! He goes on. I hung up again. I called back later and got Ms. Harris who successfully freed me from Verizon’s bondage and bullying. Free at last! Spectrum installed today and I am delighted!! See the light and free your from Verizon’s unprofessional behavior, horrible customer service, and overrated and way overcharged services.
