You have the wrong address for my delivery

Rafael who took my order over the chat did not write my address down the right way now my phone is being returned to Verizon because UPS cannot deliver it. UPS said Verizon hast to call them to update the restrictions on the address however Verizon did nothing because you guys are crap

I was connected to a reward center offering me $100 dollar gift card but neefed to pay $4.95..i ask for customer srrvice to get telephone wires removed so my well could be dug.This is the hardest service to talk to a live person..Patrick Foley

Triple charged

Went to refill my Total wireless service only to find out that it has changed to Total by Verizon ,,Every thing is normal on the phone refill till you get to the finalization ,it then tells you your refill was unsuccessful and prompts you to an agent who then assures you they can take your payment,but as you complete the process with the agent they also tell you it was unsuccessful sending you to a third agent who ,once again assures you they can definitely take your payment and get you your minutes but since this is a scam they also cant process your payment and try to transfer you once again !!!long story short I was billed three times ,,,You Suck Verizon and now Ill go to yet another provider cause there are too many fish in the sea to put up with that BS,,, User's recommendation: Do not purchase Total by Verizon

Lied to by there chat

My Verizon bill has increased since Jan 2022,now again it went from $159.26 to $171.00 for a $6.00 set op box that chat told me ALL IT WOULD COST ME MORE!!!VERIZON PLAYS bait & switch games & I'm fed up! Going to turn in all my equipment ^ go somewhere else !

Phone will not work ight ev. Never has keeps freezing up keyboard won't work the phone is junk and it isn't even the one I was supposed to get and I had to pay for it when I was supposed to get was a 52 and it was supposed to be free. No one will do anything for me I signed a e contract for different *** I didn't get no one will do anything for me never has. I've made a hundred phone calls and nothing has been done about this phone I'm over it I didn't sign an e-contract for this phone I'll take it to your store and I'll throw it at the first person I see. > >

The E contract I signed for was a 52 phone for free at $70 a month that's all I want this phone is junk it always has been nobody will do anything about it

Over billing

I have been a customer with Verizon for years. I had four lines on my account. Starting last year my bills kept changing. Once they claimed that I had changed to per billing and charged me $50 extra, I complained and from then on, my bills were never a steady amount. I decided to change my service to another carrier. They got upset and raised my bill from $117 to $141. I cannot open my account to review that bill. Verizon does not respect their loyal customers at all. So disappointed in Verizon.
