Verizon - Worst service

Details
I changed verizon fios router to gigabit and they had to change the wiring and the router. Their wifi strength is so weak it doesn't cover even a small area around the router. I called verizon several times but they can't do anything about it but try to sell their wifi extender. They are already charging more than $100/month and ontop of it they want you to pay for the wifi extender! If I have to get the extender, what am I paying that $100/month for? Verizon is a ripoff company and the customer service has gone worst that before!

Disapointed with verizon wireless

Bought a new phone and 2 year contract because i wanted hot spot on 6-4-19 as soon as i got home the hot spot wouldnt turn on and says -mobile number not found- after hearing several stories they said it would be fixed by the 9th..well here it is 10 oClock at night on the 8th and still no hot spot. Im so dissatisfied with this company. Im planning on taking phone back and canceling my plan...so agravated

Verizon - Not racist but

Verizon - Sales Scam, don't fall for it.

Pay a fortune for "Beyond Unlimited",Constantly dropping calls, slow service and endless excuses for their bull $%^&. Tired of paying $200 a month for 10 gig even though they advertise 70.. Throttled after 20 gig.

Verizon - REWARDS

Verizon's REWARD program only rewards Verizon. My 400 points are now lost as the program closes 5/30. This program doesn't generate any good will, added value or good customer service but rather thumbs its nose at Verizon customers. The pricing could be lowered to reflect the true cost of doing business, but it is beholden only to stockholders and management.

Verizon - Raised my bill

I had verizon on and off in the past, I only have internet with them, when I started with them with just the internet, it was 75 dollars. then "WHOPPING"!! 102 dollars.!!!!!! they keep raising my payments, right now, it's the weekend and can't call. I am on a fixed income, and they just keep raising my payments. I 'm trying to look around to see if there is something cheaper, but nothing so far. if they keep doing this, I won"t be able to afford them anymore. Thanks, Wtf Verizon for nothing!!! Wtf
