Frustrated

i have recently moved to new house. i have Verizon fios installed, maybe 2 months ago. they have yet came to bury the cable. it runs 3 houses down , the neighbor has cut it with his lawnmower. every time we call they just start another ticket. they contract out the install of the cable so we have no ETA. everytime we call the contractor they just give us a attitude.

I'm pissed off about getting hung up on everytime I call trying to talk to a rep.

I have questions and issues that I want to talk over with a live person and your system keeps hanging up on me don't you value me as a customer I like Verizon but because of this I am strongly considering a change!

An explanation of why I don't matter

Your services suck

When I asked to talk to a real person and asked for someone to call and help your company kept transferring me to the automated and text. Want to talk to a real person. Your company do not care about you're customers or helping them you just care about the money you get from them and say to *** with quality

Ever since i signed up with verizon fios i am unable to get proper broadcast of sony tv channel. channel 1754 the picture freezes and everytime there is a mjaor rain there is outage. the next step is the worst cant get thru to a representaive i was on hold for 2 hours...

Been hiking for over an hour when it said hold for 5 to 8mins

On hold for over an hour when it stated 5 to 8 mins of hold. Everybody wants to forward their call to another department. No one wants to help. Very very frustrating!!!! I hope no one will need a time to talk to someone

Turn off phone

They didn't take there payments a hassle to reach Verizon

They didnt take my automatic payment thats set up, its too difficult to contact this company Im disappointed

I am trying to cancel my Disney plus that was just charged to my account by mistake my my 11 yr old . I am now over drawn on my account and would like to be reimbursed as this was a huge mistake .

I need to cancel the Disney Plus for 79.99 + tax ! My son has prescribed and I need to cancel I have tried to cancel the prescription now for 45 minutes and I am not very happy. I cant seem to get the help or support as to what I do from now . Please call or send me how to cancel because now Im over drawn and I did not ok this . Christie Russell

Billing issue

I never received a bill for August in the mail, and now they say it would be due Immediately for $124.60.so I just paid that amount. In the future send text to this number - or desertstarcali@***.com. I Am the one who takes care of the bills in our house. I did not get the message, it was texted to my husbands phone.

No landline service

Service went out 8/25/21 promised a tech would come out 8/26/21then 8/27/21. No one showed, and I had taken off from work. Now they have changed the date to 9/7/21.I have on dial tone on my home phone. Isn't that what they do is phone service. Why would this take two weeks to fix?

A call I received

A person called and raced through an offer to add showtime for $5. When I explained I pay over $230a month which is to much Didn't get a response. Then tried to ask about something-she hung up! RUDE! Wanted to know why I lost station 660-no explanation and no price reduction. I used to have showtime and max! Gave them up to save money. After 2 years price higher than before w/show and max? Never get anything 0except HIGHER PRICE! get anything except higher P
