I have never had bad treatment from Verizon till now

i went to the store on Sratfor Road in Winston Salem to purchase a apple phone since you where doing the 200 trade in I had a note 8 perfect condition, but thats not issue as much as one of your represenitive of verizon came over to help ( i thought) told him i was looking for the apple phone11's he said why do i want to go to apple that i had a better phone?...because i want one again he said i had a good one by this time i was showed nothing about the 11"s explained it to me etc... a black girl came in and he left me went to her and left me standing, my husband said what the heck...i said well i thought we got away from being a different color i am white he was black and racist actions from your store has really ticked me off, i have been with verizon since 2013 i wont havter this incident after i went through pure heii and numerous times on the phone to verizon and you can see that when you pulled up my account, i guess i will leave after this horriable experience and will not recommen you to anyone just tell them my expierence and advise them to go somewhere else...they should have paid me for all they put me through they dont have their advertised colors, wanted me to drive 50 miles to get a phone list goes on...not wasting time with it all

Discrimination and bad service

I went to a virzon store off Straford road in Winston Salem to update my phone and have never in my life saw such horriable treatment, I walked over to a black guy for help and asked to see the new apple phone;s since they where on sale and get 200.00 off my note 8, he said why would you want to trade for an apple that note 8 was much better I said because I want to, well as I started looking at the apple phone a black lady came in store and he left me standing to go wait on her, I mean I didn't realize Verizon was like this , I was very upset and yes I did call corprate office and told them of this, I wont resign with them again and I have been with them every since 2013...never was late on payments , just guess they choose to treat you as if you aren't going anywhere but I definitely wont do a resign with them, watch where you go, the customer service is not there, good luck if you do

Horrible Service. No phone or internet for 5 months!!!! No resolve,10 restore dates that never happen. Outrageous!

I lost my landlijne phone on 6/18/19 and my DSL on 9/1. Have been promised at least 10 restore dates and my service is never restored. They don't care about their copper-wire customers but instead of cancelling the service they just pretend like they are fixing it. I'm so mad and frustrated that nobody is held accountable for their horrible Customer Service. I call and call and wait 20, 30, 40 minutes for a straight answer and they tell me the cable dept is still working on it... for 5 months? that's insane! Nobody is working on it because it's only 54 customers. They don't care about 54 customers! They should be fined, sued, and made accountable for abusing their loyal customers. I want my service restored ASAP

Where should I start, They are scam artists, and have tried their best to ruin my credit. But I did not let them win. Absolutely the nastiest company i have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would be very careful, they will sneak fees in on you, if they add anything to your account by law they need your 4 digit code or log in. If they do not get this information without this, seek arbitration or file a civil lawsuit and report them and report them to the FCC. If you click into their link to see their arbitration process.. the link is expired. Just be careful. They have received over $10,000 from me in 2 years, causing me much stress and worry about not only my service but reporting my credit. You will not receive credit for anything and they do not work with you at all. You are best to stay away and hopefully many people like me will sue them and they will eventually crumble. I pray for this. Karma will get them and i'm quite sure the owners have horrible rich lives. I wish the worst upon them. I cannot seem to understand how they get away with this... but you know how? Rushing service workers so you do not read the fine print....

FIOS TV channel features are unsatisfactory.

Sometime this past week my FIOS features on the channel selector turned worthless. The channel selector features, that I have had for years and years, no longer work. I have to commit channel number and station ID to memory as they don't show up on the screen. My selectors for GUIDE and INFO do not work. The clock function is not working. There's to much to type in this small block. How can I regain these functions.

Missing on demand features, guide and info at bottom of screen occur when set top box and router are not "talking" to each other. A VZ tech should visit to troubleshoot.

Service that I did not receive and harassment

hello good afternoon I'm calling about service that I did not receive an harassment. I'm getting calls daily I'm still receiving bills My name is anissa Samuel my phn # is 718880****. Due to outage from the day the service was suppose to start it never did. I canceled everything because nothing came on no telephone service. Theres an outstanding bal that I'm being harassed about daily. Why should I be receiving a bal. I NEVER received SERVICE If this doesn't cease I will go the legal way and Sue Verizon. For tampering with my credit and harassment. Pls resolve this. Thank you. I'm a cancer patient I do not need this negative energy . Aggravated disgusted person.

Customer service waiting time is to long

when you call for any issues, the waiting time is too long.... Verizon, hire more reps. Your rates/ cost for your service it the highest out of all the carriers. So you can afford to hire....

Charged for services not ordered and denied promotion without warning.

I added Fios TV to my bundle in June. For the first time muyy September bill included $93 in charges for movies and series purchased. I had neither ordered nor watched any such programming. I spoke with 4 different customer service representatives and could not convince any that I had been incorrectly charged. I was definitely cheated and seem to have no recourse. Also, when I joined FIOS it was with an offer of a 1 year renewal on my Amazon Prime membership. I was never notified that it expired in July and I could no longer take advantage of the offer. Again, no recourse available. Worst customer service ever, though the individuals were polite.

Duplex with different bills/ same service

I own a duplex in a rural area and FIOS in not an option. Two addresses with the options of landline and broadband internet service. One bill was $9 more than the other so I began a chat to ask why. Over several chats, 3+ hours I couldn't get an answer so I went to an office. They called the customer service number and gave me a phone to wait on hold!!! At the store! Finally got an agent... now one bill is $25 more than the other!!! I couldn't be more unhappy with the service I have received.

Incompetence at all levels

A medical office with no phone service as a result of Verizon not scheduling a change from copper to fiber optic lines has been a disaster. I and my staff have spent at least 40 hours talking to Verizon to get service back. We were without phone service for almost 3 days. It's now 3 weeks and the 3 lines are still not functioning properly.

The worse company to deal with . Waiting to finish paying my phone to switch to ATT

We took advantage of the buy one get one free phone . After a few we realized they were charging to the phone that suppose to be free . Spent hours on the phone and their response too bad you overpaid your bill. Since we did not catch it earlier we have to accept the lost. Rude and uniformed people working for the company. I was charged for 2 calls that were made to africa that I did not make-

I was charged for 2 calls that I did not make to africa, one in june and one in August. I dont even know anyone in Africa. After 20 hour of phone calls, Customer care was able to reimburse me for some of it because they believed me, but fraud did not. In fact, Fraud hung on me. (Senior leader there apparently). Disgusting.

Promises to fix service and poor custoner service and just crap with no back up for what they said

I bought a new phone while on the service and traded my old phone an the new phone and service never worked tight or their service. I called and wrote letters and nothing was done. the service was cut off while I was in the hospital for a month. it called and got the same BS. The billed me and sent it to collections. I paid the balance to the collection agency to get rid of them. *** service & customer service. I have another service which is better and a fraction of the price.... Crap, crap business, do not use !!!!!!!!
